This is a YouTube video (Soundtrack To My Life: Shawn Stockman & Public Enemy Pt.7) containing a spoken monologue in which the speaker argues that racism should be understood as a tangible, human-driven phenomenon rather than an abstract or invisible force. The speaker emphasizes that racists are people who hold positions of power across institutions (business, Congress, entertainment, sports) and calls for removing them from power non-violently ("put them away") because their existence and influence hinder societal progress.

We treat racism like it's some, like, invisible force shield that is blocking the growth of the planet Earth, and we just can't get out of it. And we have to fight together to fight this invisible bully called racism. It's a person. It is a human being walking around saying, I hate Mexicans.
It's not some spirit. It's a human.
It's a human that we see every day, that runs businesses, that's in Congress, that runs entertainment, that runs sports. They're people. You get rid of them. And I don't mean in a violent way. I'm talking about put them away, because they are stopping the growth of the world because they're in existence and they're in power.
