The, the other funny thing with that is in, in our industry, they don't practice and learn most of the time, but they also aren't aware of what's coming. And so one of the things in, in your leadership training, they always said is a leader's job is to be 50ft out filling the potholes. Right. That's a quote of yours. And when we're looking at the industry, like I, I've done speaking engagements where they're like, don't talk about Tesla, don't talk, you know, don't talk about the changes coming, but in every industry in the last 10 years, the consumers have voted. In our industry, the consumers are going to have a vote on how they want to buy a car and how they want to service it, and we're not going to be able to hold them captive. That's right. And so there was recently. Was it last week, last Monday or maybe two weeks ago, Wall Street Journal did an article on Cadillac and how they're going to virtual.
Dealerships or virtual sales department, and the video is actually better, but they're going to reduce their size. And basically what we've been saying for a long time is the manufacturers don't have to, they're not going to need the dealers if we don't provide a value. That's a great point. And so, and Cadillac's just saying, yeah, like, Lexus has 300 dealers and they sell more cars than us and we got a thousand dealers. And so we're going to trim it down, like, and then for gm, it'll happen where there'll be a hybrid, where they're going direct to consumer, but the lid is off the jar, but nobody wants to talk about it. Right. And we have to get better.
