Short interview transcript excerpt from a YouTube video titled "The Midnight Library Taught Me How To Live || Raegan Revord PT. 2" in which Raegan Revord and an interviewer discuss encouraging children's creativity, the danger of limiting kids, and how Matt Haig's The Midnight Library influenced Raegan personally. Raegan emphasizes inspiration for kids and hopes to impact even one person.
So how long did it take you to write this?
A lot of times people say that a kid shouldn't do anything. Like a kid shouldn't write a book or you're overachieving or something. Kids are so creative. And to limit that.
You think everything or anything is possible when you're young, and then it just kind of gets chopped off.
And everyone has their area that they shine in. And if no one is encouraging you to go for it, how are you gonna know to do that?
One reason why this is so cool, because this is gonna inspire a lot of kids, that this is possible, even.
If it impacts one person. That's all I want.
So, big question.
Yes.
How did the Midnight Library by Matt Haig change your life?
Oh.
We'Ve talked about.
