Plan three or four months out and you have, you know, you can do marketing, you do events, you can give people time off. You know, all of that. Now, in the peak times, like for tire season or whatever it is, you would also control the schedule. So if I control the wheels and tires, like in a lot of dealerships or service departments, they would, they would store the summer tires and then they would store the winter tires. And when customers want them switched out, if you leave it to chance, everybody calls at the same time.
