One thing you'll hear a lot of times is there's this kind of amongst that group, there's this underlying secret that if you want techs that take pride in their work, if, if comebacks is a situation in your shop that you want to work on, the first thing you do to correct that is you go and you take one of your technicians that's, you know, a little more forward thinking and a team player. And you have them clean their stall a certain way and you put lines on the floor and the trash cans go here and you make one stall look exactly how it's supposed to look. And then you bring the rest of the team over and like, hey, we're going to do this for every single stall. And every day at the end of the day, the lifts go up, everything goes back in its place. And this is what a stall looks like at the end of every day.
