Invest in your people. Like I don't know how many advisors DM me and they're like I need training but my boss won't buy it he's so cheap. Like I can't imagine that for you know I don't know what it is. Is it $8 a day for online training? For $8 a day you can't train your techs yourself, your advisors and all of the people that interact with customers on customer service. It's crazy. Like you know first of all train yourself like you wouldn't invest $8 a day in yourself correct? Yes. I mean the you know we really want to start a revolution and we want to help and so we've priced things so you can afford them. You know the value is is huge and maybe we don't do a good enough job portraying what the value is but $8 a day not to train your advisors. I don't care who you are you can figure out cut back on on floor master.
