This is more than a book set. This is an experience. Every time I read this, the message is different. I get new insights and new learnings each time. Leader talks a lot about manifestos and having the courage to step out of the comfort zone, step out of your bounds and create your manifesto.
It's two books. I Am Leader. The I am part speaks to me, speaks to myself, my internal, my personality, who I am. It helps me understand what drives me, what motivates me, what operating system do I run on. I need to understand that first before I could ever expect to lead others. The second book is Leader and it talks about leadership and how I can go forth and lead others to good things. But it's not just business leaders. It's teachers, it's coaches, it's parents, it's anybody that has the ability to lead, guide, coach and mentor others. So this I Am Leader two books. And it works beautifully.

You know, like many of you, I scrolled past the Instagram and the Facebook ads for I Am Leader many times before I stopped to take a look at what it actually was.
I remember the first time I really spent some time watching this.
This is not what I expected.
So it's I Am Leader and it's two books. The first book is I Am. It's about you as a person. And the second book is about leadership.
Owners of the book. Once you register the book, you realize that it's more than just a book. There's an online program attached to it too.
