This is Chris Collins for your service drive. Tip of the day. You know, I often get asked, what are your favorite books? So today I'm going to tell you about my top five books. Now I know you might think one of them is about growing a great beard like this. But the truth of the matter is you can't write a book about that. You either have it or you don't. But my first book on the list is called the Goal. And the Goal is about the theory of constraints. And after you read that book, you'll think completely different about your system and your production in your service department. My second book is how to Win Friends and Influence People. That book's a classic. If you haven't read it, go get it right now and read it. Don't do anything else until you finish that book. Number three on the list is eleven Rings by Phil Jackson. And I love this book. It's Phil's best book because he really gives you the secrets to leadership and how he won so many championships with the Bulls and the Lakers. His mindset, his how he's constantly hunting for a system. It's an amazing book. You won't be able to put it down once you start. Number four on my list is Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni. And number five on my list is Psycho Cybernetics. Psycho Cybernetics is an amazing book about performance and your mindset and how you see yourself. And it's one of those books that every top performing athlete has read. And golfers especially will attribute this book to really helping them improve their game because it really helps you with your mindset and the way that you see things. And then for extra credit, on the list are my two books, the Millionaire Service Advisor and the Irreplaceable Service Manager. If you haven't read those, you should get them also. So those are my service drive tips of the day and I'm Chris Collins. Thank you.
