Good morning, everybody. I'm headed there right now, but I want to tell you guys something. I wanted to do something that would help you walk away from this meeting and give you that little. That little extra something to make you jump. And so what I've done, I've wanted for a long time. I think a year ago, I saw it, the new Jeep pickup truck. I've wanted one, so I bought one. I'm in it right now. And what I'm gonna do next year at top dog is I'm gonna give it away to the winner of the service manager challenge. That's what I'm gonna do. And so now we're gonna come into the meeting right now. I'm gonna leave it right here on the street. Let's just see how long it can sit here parked in the red zone in front of the building for the meeting.
So here it is.
Okay, now let's go inside and start the meeting.
Is this contest is you versus you. So I challenge you guys to really step up when you leave here with a different mindset, that you're going to try some things, get outside of your comfort zone. Let us coach you. Let us get the best out of you.
Man.
We had an amazing event. We just wrapped up. We gave manager of the year bulldogs out. I'm losing my voice because it's been so much fun. But the most important thing that happened today, besides Glenn lundy and Jeremy McGee giving their great presentations, is that we announced the service manager challenge. Somebody's going to win this Jeep. Some service manager is going to take these tools, implement them, and increase their net to gross, increase their ELR and their csi, become leaders, become really, really influential and powerful and have more fun in the workplace, which was a big theme today. So I can't wait to see, because this time next year, we're going to be giving this thing away. Who's it going to be? I don't know. There were a lot of managers in the room that were pretty convinced that they were going to win it. But that's the idea, is to give you some sort of challenge to get you to step outside of your comfort zone and perform to your full potential. So I'll see you again real soon.
