Mario Perniel updates on day two of the Top Dog event. Kal Fussman spoke on customer connection while Chris Collins covered leadership. Service advisors hunted for items at Venice Beach, managers played games, and top performers got recognized.
Hey guys, Mario Perniel here with your day two update. We just had Kal Fussman do a great presentation about how to connect with our customers, followed by Chris Collins on the leadership. Chris the Bulldog Collins had a great presentation of how to be a leader and he says you just raised your hand earlier. We had the service advisors all break up and go down to Venice Beach. They had a great scavenger hunt. In the meantime, we broke up all the managers and GMs and dealer principals and we broke them up into a game room. They had a lot of fun from what I here.
Alright guys, now we're on our way to dinner. First of all, I just want to congratulate all the top dog managers and all the top dog advisors. All your hard work shows and you guys deserve that trophy. Great job, guys. What's this? But if you want to find out what it really means, Chris is going to have a symbolic message for you tomorrow.
