Welcome everybody to Service Drive Revolution. We have an exciting show for you today. We're going to talk about do you deviate from manufacturer recommended maintenance?
Right.
First, let me ask you a question, Christian. What is something that you can give and keep at the same time?
So the tables have turned a little bit and you're providing the jokes.
Do you know, Jerry, it is something you can give and keep.
Do I know the answer to this one?
I think you may.
I'm gonna go with I don't know. What is something you can give and keep at the same time?
Do you know, Christian?
Herpes.
Herpes, yeah.
The official sponsor of Service Drive Revolution.
Syphilis.
I was going to have a genital warts aids.
Yeah, any. Anything like that. Wouldn't it be interesting if like you. If you had herpes and then you gave it to somebody and you lost it, so you were incentivized to give it to somebody else?
Yeah.
Like if it was gamified, like.
Right.
All these people are running around like tenders, lighting up just to get rid of it.
Fornicating. Hot potato.
Yeah. That's so bad.
On that note, let's talk about the winners of the comp last month.
Great segue, man.
He's stealing.
Oh, man, I like the new jokes.
Yeah, it's gorgeous.
It's great.
The.
Or, our little company has a software program that managers put their numbers into twice a week and it ranks their service advisors and the managers are ranked on their service advisors performance inside of the comp.
Have we started the independent one yet?
We're right there.
Actually, I was reviewing some numbers this morning from one of my clients up in Canada. Had really nice entries into the computer, but we have to get.
But did you do the conversion factor though? So it brought the numbers down?
No.
Okay, that's okay.
So that means just to my friends.
Up there in Canada last month we had in also they're broken up into different categories. So in the American group, which would be like Ford, Chevy Chrysler, the top manager for that group was the Grandmaster. That's his nickname.
Do you want me to read second place?
I think so. It was actually was a really good.
There's no Ricky Bobby Law here.
Yeah, there's no Ricky Bobby in that.
Second place isn't the first loser.
And the person in second place typically is a fifth or sixth performer. They actually had a really good month last month, so they earned it.
Turbo.
Nice.
Good job, Turbo. In the advisors in the American comp, top advisor was Uncle Rich. Great job, Uncle Rich. Second place was Frankie third place was Carlos Bowse. To me. Fourth place was Dingers 15.
And fifth place was Iron Man. What would your nickname be in this comment?
I'm not even gonna touch that one.
What do you mean?
I just sledge. Sledgehammer, Crusher. Crush it.
Parts one.
Growing up.
Parts one. I don't even want to talk. Don't bring that four letter word up to me.
Me. We got to talk about parts.
No, no.
Jeremy's had some issues with parts from the show. I think it's pretty funny.
It's point. It's directed at me because of my comments from the show, so.
For sure, yes. In the Japanese comp, top manager was Al Capone and second place, manager, Sauce Sassanach.
Yeah. So I asked for a little bit of history. Yeah, I asked for a little bit of history on that. But yeah, new manager, second place. I didn't completely get it. I'm waiting on a response.
Top. Top advisor was Lucky Luchano.
CPAP was second place. Third place was J. Willie. And fourth place was Sharp Shooter. Fifth place was the Gems in the Highline Cop. Top manager, Monster. What's the. What's.
What's our manager's name in Virginia? What's his nickname?
Cletus.
Cletus.
Yeah. You have to listen to him talk. It all makes sense. It's very Dukes of Hazard.
Like Monster. Beat you, Cletus. First place, Rooster for the service advisors. Second place, Beast Mode. A little reference to a Seattle Seahawk. Third place, Rover Hog in the Euro import Highline group. Top manager, Captain. Yes.
I'm a big fan of the captain.
Top advisor, Big Mike. Second place was LT and third place was General Chang in the Canadian comp, Top manager, Looney One. Top advisor, Roadrunner. And second place, Michelin man in the Asian Zing group, Big tuna. Top advisor, Mr. C. And third place was Rad Jarvis. So good. Got. Good job, you guys. In the comp. It was hilarious watching Christian yesterday. It looked like he was grading papers. Jeremy. Like, really? But he was auditing the winners. So they had. They have to send their numbers from the computer and then he was auditing them. What happened to making second place audit first place?
You know, we went away from that like a year and a half ago. And it's feeling as I was going through that yesterday, like it could be time to return to that.
Why did we go away from it? Whose idea was that?
I think as we were transitioning from old software to new software, we decided.
To kind of, yeah, I would make second place. Second place always does.
