So the theme this year is performance. And so just kind of what, you know, what we're talking about.
Love it. It's all about. We're going to talk about mastering the art of execution. You know, we're going to talk about getting it done, which is what performance is all about. And the people that come are going to learn a really nice five step process to master the art of execution. They'll be able to go back immediately and, and get better results.
I'll tell you from. Because you did the Top Dog event for us last year. People still talk about Dave at the, at the Top Dog event. It was, it was so fun.

Same thing. This year we're giving away, I kind of mentioned it to you, but we're giving away a $50,000 award to the top service manager in, you know, performance. So numbers and then half of its performance and half of it is their story that they, they tell. But it's our first year for that and that's awesome.
