These kids leave our industry like their head is on fire because they don't feel like there's any future for them in any way, because their world is the quick loop. They're not in the shop, they're not interacting with the vets. They don't get any of that wisdom from these techs that have been doing it a long time that, you know, there's just a ton of value to that.
