A personal brand does not mean sharing your private life. It doesn't mean dancing on TikTok or posting photos of your breakfast. It means sharing your ideas, your frameworks, your case studies, and your perspective on the industry that you work in. Your personal brand will get 20 times the cut-through than your business brand ever will. People want to follow people, they don't want to follow logos. And here is the thing that most people don't realize: you don't need millions of followers. Some of the most profitable businesses that I know are run by founders with 2,000 to 20,000 highly relevant followers. The key is relevance, it's not necessarily reach. So what does founder-led marketing actually look like in practice?
