EP. 104 | Taking Asset Protection to the Next Level with Scott Smith
This is a June 2022 podcast episode (EP. 104) of Next Level Income hosted by Chris Larsen, featuring Scott Royal Smith — a real estate investor and asset protection attorney and founder/CEO of Royal Legal Solutions. The episode covers Scott's entrepreneurial origin (buying and flipping a commercial auto repair shop during law school), his transition from litigation to full-time real estate and asset-protection practice, and practical strategies for protecting real estate investments: insurance as first-line defense, LLC compartmentalization (one-LLC-per-asset vs. series LLC), anonymous land trusts to obscure ownership, and layered, scalable structures to deter lawsuits. Scott describes Royal Legal Solutions’ offerings (41-minute educational video, a quiz at royalegalsolutions.com, objective flat fees with low monthly membership, and hands-on support), and emphasizes financial freedom, KPIs, and lifestyle balance.

Scott, welcome to the show.
Hey, great to be here, Chris. Thank you very much.
Absolutely. Well, we are going to be talking about an area that I really enjoy, which is which is legal protection and taxes. And I know that doesn't get everybody fired up the way it gets me and you fired up. But I think it's something that can be super important. But one of the reasons I'm excited to have you on the show, Scott, is not only are you an Attorney and do you understand real estate? But you're also an entrepreneur and I guess if you could tell the audience a little bit about how you paid your way through law school, I think that'd be an awesome place to start.
Yeah, man. So I actually bought my first piece of real estate when I was in law school and it was a commercial building and as a transmission auto repair shop. And we bought it for the back taxes and so we rehabbed the building and rehabbed the business and then flipped it pay off our law school debts, me and a partner of mine. And that was before I, you know, I went into suing insurance companies and doing litigation work and I just always continued to invest in real estate after I had that first experience. And that's really like the start of the whole thing was like a loving how to businesses I loved like the, the, the, the kind of amazing and difficulty of creating those types of communities of people but also you know, the real estate itself too to help me accomplish my own financial freedom. And it really was the pioneer for what I do now with Royal Legal Solutions was about my journey into how to align my finances to be able to get really granular on I need to actually do to hit financial freedom. What would be the types of investments from both like a cash flow perspective as well as a tax perspective that was going to accelerate my journey. And now I get the pleasure of having a 40 member team when we operate in all 50 states helping real estate investors. Basically just I did which is how do you get super clear on what you need to do? What are the best practices that we found from working with over 2000 clients over the last 7 years? And then there's helping people establish best practices on the way to financial freedom.
Yeah, absolutely. And look, full disclosure, I'm one of those 2,000 clients and I've enjoyed working with your group and it's been, it's been fantastic to put in place some of the things that we're going to talk about today. So, so you, you had, you ran an auto mechanic shop where you, I mean and that's, I think there's some real opportunities especially today in these operating piece, operating pieces of real estate. Did you have a, do you have a mechanical background? Auto background?
I barely can turn a wrench, you know, like I like. But I understood like other parts of it right. Like, so I understood like okay, here's how we need to operate a business and what do we need like to be the ratios and the P and L statements and how do we do reconciliation of our inventory. And I had in my, in my wilder years, you know, I'd figured out like how to do things like newsjacking to be able to like to create a story so you can look it up on like. I think it's an article from the Times Union out in Albany, New York where it says transmission is the law here. And there's a way I was able to donate a transmission rehab to a local charity and which only cost us maybe like 400 bucks in labor and parts. But we got to be in the front page of the newspaper. So then we got to get extra publicity from it. So it's just kind of like the start of entrepreneurialism and how to get things to work. But it's super fun. I really loved it. I think it's great. If you have the desire to want to run a business. It's very, very learnable. Just like real estate is very learnable. Financial freedom all there's very learnable skills that there's nothing really left to figure out. Everybody's already figured out how to do this stuff.
Yeah, yeah. When that's, I mean listen, that's rich. Dad talks about moving from the employee self employed business quadrant and ultimately the investor quadrant and doing that. And you've, your, your story is very, very much in that flow. So now you finished law school and you went into the corporate world. Right. And you were, you were suing insurance companies. Yeah.
So what I found out was that insurance companies are really great at collecting premiums and even better at denying average. And they do it in all kinds of cool ways that they found legal ways that they just get to decide on their own about whether they want to cover you or not. And so what that taught me was hey, it's going to be really important to have great insurance in place. And we actually have an insurance division at Royal Legal Solutions called Royal Insurance where we in house all of the insurance coverages. But the major piece was to say hey, great, that's a first line fence. But we can't rely on it because we shouldn't rely on profit seeking corporations to be able to be.
That's a good rule of thumb protection.
Especially if it's something in control. And so we used like a layered approach. And that was early on in my real estate journey where I said hey, I got you know, four or five properties now. Well, I don't the fact that people can see everything that I own because then that makes me a target to a lawsuit. I don't really want to depend upon an Insurance company. So I need some LLC structuring in place to limit my liability. And I actually had a big wake up call with a friend of mine who lost $3 million from a single lawsuit. And he was one of those guys. I was like, hey, I talked to my ca. I talked to the people in my real estate group. They just said, have a great umbrella policy and I'll be fine. And what he found out was, it's not fine. He ended up with contract, that the deal went sideways and they ended up suing him for breach of contract. And he's like, well, I got great insurance times. Come find out that insurance never protects you if it's a breach of contract issue or if it's an allegation of fraud. And guess what? People get accused of fraud all the time that are honest people. Insurance companies say, nope, that's outside of your coverage. You're left to protect yourself. And it cost him over $3 million when he could have just set up even a single llc. Single LLC off a legal zoom likely would have offered him protection to keep making $3 million richer than he was. So that was my eye opener. I'm like, holy smokes, man, this stuff is no joke. And that you don't know when it's going to happen, you don't know is going to accuse you of something because you always think you're doing the right thing, right? But somebody else gets hurt, they want to blame somebody else. And you got to be in the best position you can be for an unexpected risk. That's why we have insurance. That's why you have LLCs, because LLCs are just like another type of insurance that just closes the gap to move you from 90% protected to 100% protected.
That's awesome. So when did you make the shift from corporate to your own to your own practice? When did you start?
Yeah, so it was actually about.
Was it before or after that?
Well, yeah, it took me about two years to be able to fully make the shift to really just go into full time real estate investing and leave the litigation work behind. And it was really soon after that that my real estate investing actually really picked up hit my. The goals that I had set out to have at that time because I had really manageable goals of like, here's how much passive income I really need to live that style. And then I started just going to meet up groups because that's what I was doing with real estate investing. And people started asking me like, hey, Scott, what are you doing for your estate planning? What are you doing for asset protection? How are you hiding your assets so people don't know what you own? And how are you doing all of the bits and pieces around planning and tax and entity structures and bookkeeping and all that? And so I realized, like, oh, man, I probably should help some people put some of these things together. And I took on a few people. I didn't intend to start a law firm. I just wanted to help people to do what I had done. And I went on to BiggerPockets podcast number 109, and it's like, hey, here's your top 10 tips around asset protection just to kind of help the community. I gave him my personal email, personal phone number, figured nobody would call. But immediately when that aired, I was getting like 30 calls a day, and I was like, all right, well, I guess this is what God or whatever is calling me to do. Saying, like, this is the way that you're supposed to act for the blessings that you've had and help other people to get to the place that you are. And now it's still a ton of work, man, to be able to do all this. But I get the blessing of. We have amazing communities of people that I get to interact with multiple times a week, part of our free group coaching. And I get to see the transformations and people's thought processes and how do they operate and the impacts that it has on what they're doing with their net worth and how are they living their lives. And it's really instilled in me a belief that your financial freedom may be one of the most important for everything else in your life because it removes the risks of I'm not going to be okay off the table. And when those get. Risks get removed, will feel safe, and they feel like they're going to be provided for. You get to really see what is true for people. What do they really want? What can they do with that when they reinvest that into their. Their relationship with their wife, the relationship with their kid, the relationships they have with their communities and how that makes them just change. And I was like, man, what a crazy world to live in. Where I'm like, no, the road to happiness is money. You know, like, you need to have the money in place to get to state of being that you're looking for. Maybe you don't have to, but, God, does it make it easier?
Oh, yeah. And that's. Look, I tell. I tell my story. I've told it multiple times on this podcast and on other podcasts where, you know when my best friend passed away in college, I said, hey, I want to, I want to do things like wrath the Grand Canyon, like we're talking about before the show. Right. I want to spend time with my boys. I want to coach their teams. You have to have financial resources to have freedom, whether it's to travel or to do whatever it is you want with your time or give back. And I think it's just a reality of the world that we live in and certainly something that drives me. But with next level income, we talk about Scott, make, keep and grow, and the keep portion of the strategy talks about insurance, like we were touching on, and also proper legal structures.
So.
So real quick, before we dive into that, your middle name is Royal, by the way. That's right, yeah. Is that a family name?
No, man, I think it's like an epidural name that only my mom was high as a kite, you know, and it's like, yeah, we'll just throw this middle name in here. You know, I really don't know. My brother, My brother's name is David Jade Smith. So I think my mom just has a funny sense of humor. And that's what everybody called us growing up, middle names. Because the moment that, like that substitute teacher in third grade read out your middle name in class, you were done. It's like, nope, that's what you're called now. You know, from here, ever on out, you'll be Royal.
Well, it's, you know, it works for your business. You know, business names. And hey, it's, it's better than, you know, Scott John Smith, I guess.
Yeah, no, I think mom did a great job there. Helped me with my branding right out of the womb.
Yeah.
About branding.
Yeah. With a last name like Smith, you know, you can, you can get a little creative with the middle name. So, yeah, that's pretty good. That's for you. So, all right, so like, like I was saying, like, you know, proper entity structure and, you know, making sure you don't lose what you, what you made is huge. Right? So. All right, so we have a lot of investors that listen to the show, Scott, and. Okay, so let's say, you know, you have, you have somebody that's just starting out, you know, and in their, in their real estate investing career, they have, they have a couple of properties. You said, you said even, even your friend, you should have an LLC set up. Where should people start? As an investor with the structure and maybe you can kind of walk through kind of your flow of how you work with investors and individuals. And help them set up the proper structures.
Yeah. So I mean, what I did is I just started looking when I started this inquiry for my own assets. I just started studying what rich people did. Right. What I found is like, rich people were really interested in how can you have like, consistent gains that go up into the.
Right.
Where you don't have major setbacks.
Right, exactly.
Okay, cool. How do they do that? Well, what they do is they have really great insurance and they have asset protection in place because that keeps them from claims like lawsuits. In this country, you can get sued for an unlimited amount of money for anything, right? So if you have everything in your personal name, it's the absolute worst way because that means anything that happens anywhere, they can take everything from you. So you have to then start to say, well, great, how do I remove those risks? One way to remove the risk is by using anonymous grantor trusts like Land Trust, to be able to hide all of your assets. That takes a target off your back because now it looks like you qualify for food stamps on paper. If you need to prove your net worth to a bank, you can always do that. Producing the documents, the trust documents themselves. But now you don't look like you own anything. So guess what? People who don't look like they own anything don't get sued because there are nothing yet when they. If they win the lawsuit. So it's, it's one of the ways you're able to stop lawsuits before they start. Second thing you want to do is have LLC structures in place that says, if somebody does sue me, I lose little to nothing. So that way you remove the pot of gold, right. For them to go after and make it so small that they say, hey, we're going to spend more money trying to sue this guy than we're going to get if we're successful going with it. So we're just not going to move forward at all. So this is what actually happened with investor clients of mine. We had a series llc. There was a dispute about some of the plumbing in the house that was replaced. There was a leak and it cost $75,000 in damage. Of course, when you incur $75,000 in damages, you're not the one that wants to take personal responsibility for it. You immediately sue the person that sold you the house, saying that they something wrong and the disclosures. And because we had the series LLC structure set up to compartmentalize every asset, which is what you want to do with llc, is you want to use one LLC for each asset or a series LLC to compartmentalize it for liability. Then what could they sue? Well, they can only sue the entity that sold them the asset, and that entity didn't have any money in it. Right. All the money had already been taken out of the entity. So the lawsuit got dropped on its face because of the corporate structure that was in place. What's important about that is the facts didn't matter. Right. And that's where you want to win. Smart people win lawsuits because of procedure. Right. It's because we put enough hurdles in place to make the business decision for somebody to sue you not make sense anymore, and then it stops the lawsuit. Where you don't want to win a lawsuit is trying to be, like, an honest person. Say, I'm so honest, or the facts are in my mind, because I guarantee everybody just lies. And they'll lie, and they'll lie and the lie. So you got to win, in my viewpoint, on having the right preparation in place and the way that you do that is by having either multiple LLCs, one to compartmentalize each asset, or if something that's more efficient and scalable that provides you the exact same protection as using a series llc.
Yeah, it's like what you say, it's like Sun Tzu's Art of War, right? You. You win without fighting.
Exactly.
Yeah.
You win because you're better prepared. Right? Like, you're more prepared than your adversary. When they come in and they start to see the capital of protection they have and what they're going to have to fight through to be able, they're like, nah, I'm not doing that. That doesn't look cool. Like, and that's what we want, right. You put a really scary attorney on the other end of the line, like me, and then it's like, now this guy's got. Because. Because we were prepared. Now I got great arms, right? A lot of weapons that I can use in defense of this Castle. And now I know how to use those tools. And so that's why everybody in Royal Legal Solutions. Right? Great. We know exactly how all the protections work out. We've defended the structure a bunch of times as it comes with it. And then we have really crafty litigators that partner with local council, whatever that lawsuit happens to be. So you have your legal litigation strategist that you don't pay anything extra for as a CL client, and you also have all of the legal support. That's the boots on the ground that you need. And, man, when. When Joe Schmo attorney off the street, that they Hire come after you and sue you. Walks into that rat's nest of a firing squad on defense. They're like, man, I don't want to deal with any of this. Like, there's none of this look good.
Yeah, no, it's. I mean, listen, it's, you know, know the rules, play by the rules, and win with the rules to your maximum.
Advantage is what I always say.
I love it. I love it. And this is one of the reasons that I work with you. So the first tax course I went to was from a former IRS agent. Like, who better learn tax strategies from than somebody that's from the IRS and from somebody like you who's been on the outside of the castle, storming it, that now knows how to fortify and do that. Scott. But you brought up something that, when I first heard it, the term, I hadn't heard it before, Series llc. So if people are listening, like, okay, I got it. I should set up an LLC for my rental properties. What is a series llc? Who should look at that structure? What's kind of the next level of asset protection when you move from that single LLC structure?
Yeah, So a series LLC is just like having multiple LLCs, except they're free to create, and it's infinitely scalable for free. Right. So that's the reason why people free.
I like the sound of this. Okay, so you can scale. You can scale your model. So if you add properties, if you add different structures.
Exactly, yeah. Add. Add your properties. Each new property you get, you get to add it to the structure. It compartmentalize it, just like you had it in an individual llc. But that's free to create and have no filing fees, no ongoing costs that are associated with it. So you get this infinitely scalable structure that compartmentalizes every asset. So I have a lawsuit against one asset, they can't go after of the other assets, and they can't go after you personally, is what we refer to internally in Royal Legal Solutions asset holding company. So what we do is we create an anonymous series LLC so people can't find out that you even own that company. That anonymous series LLC now compartmentalizes every single asset. So if there's a lawsuit against one asset, they can't go after the others. And what we'll do is we put one asset underneath each individual child series, which is that small compartment under the parent, and in that individual child series that's also anonymously owned, and the asset is anonymously owned by using a land trust. So if people want to search for who's the property owner from the bottom up, they can't find out anything. But it's inside of an anonymous trust. If they try to search for you to see what LLC you own, they can't find out that your name's attached to the llc. All they're able to see is that it's from an attorney and a law firm. And all of that information is further protected by the attorney client privilege. So they can't even ask about it. And the beautiful part is in using these trusts, they're all grantor trusts, they're all, which means a whole entity structure is disregarded for tax purposes. So there's no change and anybody's taxes or tax filings, they have to do with it. So it makes it where everything is really streamlined. And then because we're using land trust, we can use all of the traditional bank finance, you know, for all of your conforming loans. And then you close in the name of your personal name with that on that asset you transfer to the land trust. Because it's transferred to a land trust, it avoids any of the due on sale clause issues that some people are concerned about. It creates the anonymity owned by the land trust. And if you ever need to prove the ownership of the property to be able to qualify for financing, you're able to do that by just producing the documentation. So really it's all of the benefits that you could have of what would be like an expensive, complicated structure that would normally be just for like really wealthy individuals that had huge nets worths. And now it's actually available to just the average real estate investor that typically has between two and 10 properties. Some people we have have 50 or 100, but the average client we have has about between two and 10 to intimidate. And they're looking for an efficient, a cost efficient and operationally efficient, meaning it doesn't take you a bunch of time. And it's something that can scale with them, they grow and doesn't cost them anything more as they grow.
No, I love it. I mean it's simple, it's scalable, especially from a cost perspective. And the taxes stay the same. You know, your tax structure, the pass throughs and also I should say the financing. Right. So that's, I mean it's very elegant.
Yeah, it's an elegant structure to be able to do because it doesn't, you know, all of your costs on the front end of whatever they're going to, those don't increase for you and you still get all these, all of the amazing protections and an asset holding company is really, you know, probably one of the most important things to put in place. Because when people look to you as an individual, like Chris, right, you're driving a car, you're talking to people, you're doing all of these things in the world that have Chris incurring individual liability. So rich people, I found out, don't actually own anything, right? They only control things. And so they own LLCs. Those LLCs own things, control the asset. And so that way, like you could sue Chris all day long if he was hat and he won't get anything out of it.
You know, you don't need to do that.
You know, you won't want to, Right. There's nothing like after you get finished with the structuring of everything, right. There's actually nothing there to take from Chris. Right. So then you're like, okay, cool, well, if there's no money there to take, then why would you pursue the lawsuit?
And I'm a nice guy. So it's, it's just, well, nobody's going.
To sue you, Chris. You got indelible charm, you know, just work your way out of it one way or another.
There we go then. Maybe a little luck here and there. So we'll take it all. And by the way, Scott, you have a terrific video on your website. It goes through this whole structure. What's the easiest way for people if they want to basically see a whole seminar on this?
Yeah, the best thing to do is actually just go to royalegalslutions.com and then you'll see a link that's at the top of the page and that link will actually, it says get started. And when you go now you click that link at the top of the page of WorldLegalsolutions.com you'll see a quiz. And underneath the quiz you'll see a video. That's a 41 minute video. Yeah, that 41 minute video is all of the best information and detail that I put together over a couple hundred client consultations, condensed it all down to 41 minutes to answer all the questions and build on them in a way that we've been able to find as like, hey, this is the most powerful way to get up to speed on all the details detail. The quiz section that we have up at the top of that page is all the basic information we need about you to know where to start in the conversation, what resources be important to you, where you're at in the journey. And we're happy to do all of that for Free to just hook you up with all of our best resources just for filling out that quiz. To get to that, all you have to do is go to royalegalsolutions.com and click get Started at the top of the page.
Yeah. And look, it's awesome. I've been through it. Watch the video. Watch the second video too. And we're going to have all this in the show notes and we're also going to have your asset protection vault that you've been kind enough to provide to listeners as well here in the show notes too. So Scott, you, you've mentioned a couple times like, you know that that doesn't cost us our clients anymore. How do you, how do you work with clients? How does your, how's your, how is your fee structure set up?
Yeah, we do everything as objective based flat fees.
Right.
Because what we believe is that it's really important clients to be able to control their costs, especially when you're talking with investors. Right. So what we did is we said we're going to do everything as a flat fee that's fully disclosed, like upfront, and that we do a really low dollar monthly membership that's under $100 a month. Some, some memberships are under $50 a month. That gives unlimited support and access to the paralegal and to the attorney team. And all the way up to me if it's necessary to be able to answer a client. So that way you're never in the position of having to question about like, do I get an answer to this and have to pay a billable hour or not. Right. And having to risk it with having suboptimal information. Right. So he says, well, let's take a different approach and say, where are you going? Here's exactly what it's going to cost to get there. Here's something you can afford that's less than the cost of your cell phone bill every month that says when you have questions, you should reach out to our team and we'll connect you with the horses or the, the, the, the vault of information, the collection of ebooks or videos that we have that might be addressing that topic. Or if the paralegal team doesn't have the answer to it, it gets escalated to the attorney team. If the attorney team doesn't know, it gets escalated to me. So that way every person for under the cost of a cell phone basically has me on demand because I'm the one that downloaded to everybody else. Here's how all the information works. Right. Everything is from my brain and it's trained into the T in that way. So it's like having a 500 to $750 an hour attorneys level of information and insight, but without having to pay for it.
Yeah, no, it's fantastic. And I love your structure. I've really enjoyed going through the process and again, we are really driven by educating and education at next level income. So you're doing the same thing at Royal Legal Solutions, which we love. Scott, you're not just an attorney, you just didn't build this business. You also have found a way to truly enjoy life. You split your time between Texas and Utah as we were talking about what do you, what do you enjoy doing when you're not sitting behind the computer or talking to clients?
Yeah, man. So, you know, I'm super into like mountain biking. I love getting down the Grand Canyon to go do canyoneering, getting out there. I'm hoping to get on a river trip that a friend of mine pulled a 29 day permit for that. I don't know if I'll be able to do the whole thing, but maybe like seven days out of it. Um, me and you know, the crew that's out here are pretty much just anything that's outdoors and looks like it's going to be fun. We're, we're into it and I'm trying to get on fun trips, outdoor trips. One thing I found out that was really, I teach about this on every Monday inside of Royal Life where we look at what are your key financial indicators of like your path of financial freedom. We develop KPIs and we have a financial freedom calculator that we use as benchmarks to then say, what do you need to focus on to be able to influence those numbers? And then the community is able to help provide communal support for whoever's asking for it that week. Of what do they, what has for them to influence those key financial figures in their life? For me, what I found out was that the more time I actually spent out in nature, the more energy I had to then go work. It's the difference was between like, well, I was disciplined enough to lock myself into an office. Hey, this is how much time I need to work, right? I could do that to myself and say, hey, cool, I'm going to do that. There's a big difference between that and how effective that time really is. And what I found for me was the more time I was out mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking, doing all this stuff, it wasn't that my brain was recharging. All it was Being able to chug on the problem. So I could actually work a lot less hours and be more effective than I would be just working. Right. And so what I found was if you actually use. And we have this for free on our. Through our website as well, too. If you use that financial freedom calculator, it's kind of neat because that's objective data. And then you can start experimenting with your life about what are the ways that I'm most effective. And you should see that correlate to financial data. Right. And there's some cool games you can start to play with yourself. That's maybe outside of the norm of people that just think, if I just work really hard, I'm going to get where I want to go. Yeah, you can. But maybe it doesn't have to be that painful. Maybe if you're a little bit more strategic, it could be fun, it could be energizing. You might be able to do everything you want to do in life and accomplish the financial freedom at the same time. You're looking for.
Love it. I love it, man. Yeah, you can do it all. And it is true. It's like an athlete. They don't train super hard six hours a day. They do focus work, they recuperate, they recover, and that's how we work. I just finished a walk in the woods before we started this podcast and it was fantastic, man. Just get you fired up. So, Scott, that might be the most important thing that you said this whole podcast, but thank you so much for sharing all this information with our audience one more time. What is the best way for listeners in the audience to get a hold of you if they want to learn more?
Yeah. Best thing to do is go to royalegalsolutions.com click get started at the top of the page, and then fill out that quiz with that quiz. What we're going to be able to do is to be able to then start to send you the resources, the ebooks, the videos. I give away all the information free to everybody. Right. And that's before you ever give us a dollar. It's all about just trying to get you educated. Because clients that aren't educated, we really don't want. Right. Because it's too hard to be able to help somebody that's not educated into it. So we're looking for people that are willing to do their part and getting educated into it. And we're willing to do is say, great, we'll give you thousands of dollars of education for free. And the way to do get that is Just to go to royalegalsolutions.com, click Get Started at the top of the page. Fill out that quiz.
When you gave me an hour and a half of homework to do before our first call, I was impressed. I was like, wow, these people are serious. That was awesome.
Yeah, man. Well, I got to tell you that this stuff is one of those things, right, where people are like, wow, it feels complex, it feels overwhelming. And to if things are feeling complex and overwhelming to you, you won't do it.
Right?
So what we understood was saying the only way to move that is to say you need to understand it enough to know what is we're executing, but you don't need to know how to execute it. What you need to learn is like you don't need to learn how to manufacture a car, you need to learn how to drive a car, but you have to understand what driving is first. Right? And so that's what all of the education is between like the vault, which is hours of video and ebooks. It's why we have three coaching live good with best staff. My top attorney, my top tax professional, my CEO and myself are teaching every single week. We have a discord channel to be able to talk to people when we're not online or when they whenever they're there. Otherwise, in between coaching sessions or in between wanting to interact with the community members and finally do that. So this is a really kind of like a Law Firm Web 2.0 Type of thing where it's like there's never non access, there's never non availability, there's never like a bottleneck to say only I can only talk to one person. You constantly have access to the very top people as well as a community of investors that we brought in a variety of platforms. So that way nobody can say, hey, I didn't have access to information or to the support I needed once I joined Royal Legal Solution.
That's perfect. And Scott, thank you so much for your time today. Remember, make, keep and grow as a strategy at next level income. And if you have not completed that key portion, protected yourself from an insurance perspective and from a legal perspective. This is a great way to get started. Scott, have a great afternoon. Thanks for your time today.
