Ep 187: How to Harness AI in Your Business or Profession with Mike Abramowitz
Podcast episode (Ep.187) in which host Chris Larsen interviews Mike Abramowitz—a 20-year direct-sales veteran and founder of Better Than Rich—about using AI together with virtual assistants to automate, delegate, and reclaim entrepreneurs' time. Mike shares personal background (including the premature birth of his son and how systems allowed his business to run during an extended hospital stay), lessons learned from Cutco/Vector Marketing about sales and time management, concrete AI use-cases (tone analysis, content repurposing, outreach/lead gen, Calendly/inbox management), and his company's coaching and services model (education + services). He offers resources (a time-audit workbook and quiz at betterthanrich.com) and states organizational goals for 2024 and beyond.

Cold dms, but in a tone that feels authentic but also is done by a human. So it's not a bot. That has been really transformative for a lot of individuals because we want to make sure that it passes the sniff test.

Welcome to the show.
Thanks, Chris. Happy to be here, man.
Yeah, so we are recording this show just before the birth of your daughter. So I'll congratulate you. I'll be the first to congratulate you, but it'll actually be after the fact when this show airs and we were chatting before the show. I mean, look, the highlight, I mean the highlight of my life right now is spending time with my boys and they're 11 and 13. You're a little bit behind us, but you were actually sharing a story about the birth of your son right before the show. And I, I'd love, I'd love for you to talk a little bit about your background, your, your history with Cutco, but also, you know, have you share that story with the audience as well.
Yeah, I, I appreciate that, Chris. Yeah, I'm looking forward to it. I know we're a couple weeks away from our daughter being born and you know, our son, his name is James and James West Abramowicz and he was born New Year's Eve of 2020. So 4:30pm so right there. Wow. But what's, what's really cool is my wife and I, when we got married in 2017, right before that, before I thought I was going to propose to her and I thought she was the one. I hired a business because I knew before I wanted to be a dad and a husband and enter this chapter of life. I did not want to work and be a slave to my business. I watched my dad plumbing business and he worked six days a week my whole life. So I just didn't want that. And being in direct sales with running a cut go office, it was pretty much I'm the business and if I went on vacation, my business went on vacation with me. So it was just like I would try to delegate and I would try to have a team, but I wasn't really good at it. So I hired a business coach on how to customize my business to run a little bit more effectively without me. So 2017, 2018, 2019, he hit him. And I really worked to design our business having offshore virtual assistants and technology and automations to be able to run and function without me there. And then 2020 hit with. It was like all systems go.
Yeah.
Put it all in place. And we ended up winning five national titles and broke a bunch of records. We the, the record for our category was 2.5 million and that stood for like almost 30. It was probably 20 years. It stood, we, we came close. We ended up doing right at $2.35 million in sales and it was really, really strong. We recruited and provided about a thousand student jobs. Was just running. I took an 18 day road trip during this time. It was crushing. 2020 was awesome. And then my son was born. Like I said, December 31, 2020, but he was born at 26 weeks weighing 1 pound 4 ounces. So he was measuring 23 weeks and we had to deliver him early. So because of that there was a lot of uncertainty. So I just told my staff and my team and I said I'm just going to be in the hospital and work, ride this thing out. I don't know how long we're going to be here. So my staff and the team and the systems and everything ran the business without me. We ended up, we were in the hospital for 204 days with him. So eight and a half months. And during that eight and a half months, the business was still able to run without me and produce over a quarter million dollars in revenue and six figures in profits without me there. So when I Got out of the hospital on September 10, 2021. I called my coach and I said, do you, we have something here. Do you think we could teach other business owners how to do this and actually create a company out of this? And that was like the birthplace of better than rich. And we're business partners for our company where we provide virtual assistant services and coaching and education to teach busy, overwhelmed entrepreneurs on how to buy time so they can reinvest that time to what matters most. And we've now documented over 30,000 hours that we've saved and helped these business owners back. And our goal for 2024 is 100 by 100. 100 entrepreneurs with 100 hours per month saved. So it's 120,000 hours. We're looking to save them next year with a BHAG of 10 million hours over the next 20 years, just helping these busy entrepreneurs get their time back. So from what was a very, Chris, I'm telling you, a very challenging season of uncertainty in the hospital for eight and a half months, not knowing what was going to be, you're not going to be like, there was a day where he was, he's peaking, he's doing great. He's actually not going to make it. Like we would have that conversation two, three, four, five times in one day. And it was an emotional ride. So to be able to not have to worry about, you know, revenue or business and just be present. And then when we got out of the hospital, my wife had to become a full time medical mom to care for our son. So I had to replace her income as a corporate recruiter working for Bicycle Graphic Depends. So she had a really good job. So to replace her income, it was, it was a really unique season. And then to navigate it into, you know, a really exciting business that's helping hundreds of other entrepreneurs. And now I've been able to replace my wife's income and also trans out of Cutco. After 20 years, I'm sunsetting my Cutco operation and doing this full time. It's been really an awesome, awesome season. So tons of lessons that we can unpack, of course, but that's, that's the long version of the story.
Oh man, that's, that's fantastic. You know, the, and he's thriving.
My son is now. So he's doing, he's doing great. I think that's important to note. He is, he's just doing really great. His tray, he got his trach out a year ago. He was fully on a ventilator, fully vent dependent and Then in April, he got his trach out. He's been sprinting, he's breathing on his own. He's like, just like an awesome, normal, regular toddler now. It took Dave and Buster's a couple weeks ago. You know, we go, took him to the Gator Farm, Ripley's Believe it or Not. We live in St. Augustine, Florida. Went on the trolley around the city and so fun to have like these experiences with him now. So it's really beautiful. It took him to Disney World a couple weeks ago. So anyway, it's, it's really been beautiful.
I love that Mike. And it's, it's a powerful story on so many different levels. As you mentioned, there's so many things that we can talk about there. And I think regardless, you know, whether we're talking about, you know, buying back your time or getting your time back, you know, the first thing that we teach in our course is, is, is the make portion. Like, how do you, how do you make more time to do what's important for you? A lot of people that's, hey, how do I, how do I make more money to create passive income, you know, that are working with our course. But some people that's, hey, how do I create more time so I can go to the gym and get my help help back? How do I make more time, like you mentioned, to spend more time, you know, with my children, you know, what can I do to help my, my wife or my partner do that? So let's go through a few of those certain those things. But I do want to start because we have a background in Cutco. I'd love for you to share a little bit about what Cutco is for those that don't know it and some of the lessons that you learned. It was such a great experience for me. I only did it for one summer in college, but I still have, still have the knives sitting on my countertop downstairs in the kitchen.
Well, cut, the kitchen knives are fantastic. High quality, guaranteed, forever American made. If you don't have Cutco at home, I highly recommend it. Hit me up, I'll help you out. I mean, they're fantastic. So. But vector marketing is the marketing arm for Cutco, which is the number one recruiter of college students in North America. So it's like a playground for entrepreneurs to learn sales skills, business time management, presentation skills, how to handle rejection. It's all in a flexible schedule around their classes. So it's really fantastic for me as a college kid, but I've trained over 5,000 students during my 20 years on how to learn sales and business and it's just been so rewarding to be a part of that unique chapter of 17 to 22 year olds transitioning into the business world outside the classroom with self confidence and clarity and direction and, and a lot of them make great money and invest and learned these principles that I, I'm just so grateful that I was able to learn at 18, 19 years old when I started selling Cutco. And now at 38, I, I mean my wife, I met through Cutco, my best man in my weddings through Cutco. My business partners from Cutco, I'm in front row dad. So all like 50 of those guys are cut. Go. So it's like.
Oh, really? I didn't know that.
Yeah, it's like a mafia, you know?
Yeah, yeah.
So it's fun.
I love that. Yeah, I, I was making like 50 bucks an hour when I calculated it out. It's, you know, you know, part time. You know, I was racing full time on my bike and I was doing it during college and yeah, it's, it's phenomenal. I never really considered continuing to do it, but yeah, what, what a great program. And like you said, learning time management. When I was starting my business, a lot of people like Chris, how did you manage a medical device business and you know, start syndicating real estate deals. And the thing is, it all comes down to time management, you know, and if you can figure that out, it's tremendous. But the other thing is, and this is something that Robert Kiyosaki talks about. You know, I'll never forget when I read Rich dad, Poor dad, he talked about the importance of sales. So he talks about the importance of thinking like an investor, you know, learning how to run a business. But he also talks about sales. Why, Mike, do you think sales is so important to the foundation of a business?
What is sales? Sales is influence. So if we have to influence other people, we also influence ourselves. Having a framework to be able to influence ourselves and other people from and by I think is a really necessary skill to learn. And, and it's also the art of recovery is in sales. So we could call it handling objections or overcoming obstacles, but it's, there is an art to it. There is a science of like how tos, but there's an art, there's a methodical approach of how to navigate uncertainty or objections or concerns or any type of circumstances that arrive and the resiliency that someone might learn from the skills of sales. But so the experience of having to navigate through it is really powerful. And then the upside is really great because the commissions off of a sale, there's typically a higher pay because it's a little bit more of a difficult transaction. You get paid what you put, you know, your output. And, you know, for me, as a college gab, I was able to buy my first house when I was years old, and I had three rental properties before I graduated college. So at 22, before I graduated college, three rental properties. I was house hacking before. It was cool, you know, and it was like, the financial aspect is great, but also rich dad, poor dad was a part of our leadership management training curriculum. And I read that, and instead of buying a car, I bought a house. And like, that type of mentality was imparted on me because the people around me were also in sales. And it's like, hey, you can make more if you're willing to do more. And like, that was awesome because I have my bachelor's in industrial engineering, so I was the farthest you can get from sales with all these engineering hiring students. So pairing those two together for me at a young age really was really beneficial.
I love it, man. And so many people that listen to the show, they know my background. And with, with sales, with engineering, with real estate. And, you know, when. When we first spoke, it was. It was amazing how much overlap we had with all these things.
Exactly.
You know me at 21, you at 22. No, it's pretty. It's pretty fantastic. And you know, to your point, in sales, I always, you know, young people, if you're younger and you're listening, you're saying, well, hey, how do I get started investing? I think the number one thing is figure out how to make as much money as possible that's going to allow you to create that capital like Mike just talked about to buy those first investment properties. You know, invest that money whether it's a property or something else. And the thing is, typically the best salespeople in a company, the only people that make more than them are typically those in the C suite. They're very highly compensated. And the reason is, if you think about it, you know, you're. You eat what you kill. If you bring in a million in revenue and you're being paid 10% in commission, well, the company really, they don't have any risk in employing you if they're only paying you commission. So, you know, the more you sell, the more they pay you. They're happy to do that because it's like a profit sharing arrangement, you know. James Altucher Wrote, wrote a book called the Rich Employee. And the thing is you, you don't have to be an entrepreneur to basically run your own business, control your time and make a lot of money. You could have a sales role inside of a corporation like you did Mike, and basically have your own business, your own franchise and do very, very well. And to your point, sales, like you said, it's, it is about influence. It's about communicating. It's about understanding, you know, the needs of a client or a customer and then, and then seeing do you have a solution and communicating that solution, you know, to that customer. So it helps in any business that you're doing, it even helps in your personal relationships is another thing that I.
Found for sure, 100%. I echo everything. It's funny. I saw James Altucher do stand up comedy in Tampa when we were living there.
Really? That guy's a interesting dude.
And he, he is so interesting. It was really cool to have a conversation with him. So yeah, it was fun.
So, you know, I was big into systems when I was, when I was in sales, you know, so going back, geez. Well, Cutco, you know, we're talking about 25 years ago, you know, but I was big on systematizing my schedule when I got into medical device sales. I was big on systematizing all the different aspects, you know, specifically with inventory and those sorts of things. One thing we didn't have at the time was AI. So Mike, if, if you wouldn't mind sharing a little bit about like what is AI? And you know, a lot of people are kind of hear ChatGPT, you know, maybe they hear Elon Musk and they're a little nervous about what AI AI is. Or you know, maybe they, they wear, have like a wearable like I do. And people kind of raises their eyebrows to think that, you know, there's this, there's this AI watching over them. You know, what is AI and what are we going to talk like? And specifically what is the context we're going to be talking about with respect to today? Today's show is sponsored by Money Insights and their investment optimizer strategy. In my book, I share how I use the same strategy starting over a decade ago to invest my money in two places at one time. This strategy has been used by the wealthiest for generations for estate planning, minimizing taxes, preserving wealth and increasing stability for their investments. Now you can do the same thing. In addition, you can build a plan to build an emergency fund, pay for college fund a business plan for retirement, and ultimately optimize your total financial picture. Sure, sure. So when I hear, when I think about AI, a smartphone versus a flip phone, this is my analogy that I started using a flip phone, made phone calls, it was good. But then remember when like the smartphone came out, like, oh, that's excessive. I don't need all that, you know, email and GPS and calculator and a camera and all these features, it was like, I don't need all that. It's excessive. But then when you using all those extra features that was on the phone, it's like, wow, this has made life so much easier. The smartphone didn't replace the flip phone. It just made the ability to use your device so much more user friendly to make your experience as a user that much better. No more stopping at a gas station. You don't have to have a second device for a calculator. So that's kind of what this, that what, that's what AI has done for us in our business. We immediately integrated it into better than rich. And not only did we immediately integrate it for us as the owners, we trained our entire staff. So our five person team, all of them are AI informed and trained on how to use tools like chat, GBT tools like video editing, where graphic design software, just like just making sure that's a part of the DNA and culture of our organization because it, it allows us to be way more efficient with time and also produce higher quality content in a more efficient use of time. Just like no longer needing to stop at a gas station or looking at a map. I could just use GPS and get to my destination much more seamless. And that's what AI really has done for us and also for business owners. So I wouldn't be, I mean it is here and we need to make sure we're ready to adapt. So specifically I, I mean there's, there's ton, like I'll just, if it's okay, Chris, I'll just rapid fire and then you can just ask and we could go in whatever direction you want. But here's a couple of examples of how we're using AI. So number one, there's something called a tone analyzer. So my virtual assistant team is able to get tone. It captures my tone from my writing style. So I have nine books, I have my blog posts, I have a, we have a podcast with 150 episodes. There's tons of transcriptions, tons of my voice out there. Run that tone, run that through tone analyzer and it says this is how I write. So Micah Bromowitz's tone. So then my team of virtual assistants are able to now take my tone and create emails, social media content in my tone. They're managing every one of my inboxes. So if someone emails me and asks me for something, my VA is able to respond as me. My inbox, in my tone. If someone sends me a message on LinkedIn, my virtual assistant team goes into my inbox and messages it as me in tone. So that way I have a team right now about 12 virtual assistants that manage everything from my LinkedIn inbox, Instagram, Facebook and Gmail. I have, they do our podcast production, they do our all of our social media content creation on all the social media platforms. Right now, getting me on podcasts like this, I have a goal of doing a hundred of these episodes between September and, and February. And right now I'm at under 30 of these conversations because this has been transformative for me and my business. So they're doing outreach on my behalf using AI and having conversation. So it's done for me as me, just not by me. So using the AI to sound like me and my tone has been great. Again, we could unpack that. Then there's video. So let's say a recording of a podcast. They take the 60 minute podcast recording and I can find the best clips of where they thought the magic moments were. Cut those magic moments and then our team can take those magic moments and create. We just showed this. We did it in 20. We did. We're able to do 26 shorts from a 60 minute episode in less than 30 minutes. Leveraging our team of virtual assistants and AI paired up and doing it together and curating really good content, plus getting captions and tags. Optimize captions and tags for platforms like YouTube. So that way we make sure that we play to the algorithms on those platforms well using AI so our team is completely informed and using that. Again, I'm just, I'm just rapid fire. Give me, I'll give you one more, I'll give you more and then you got it. So. So for strategy, my business partner, I every time we're doing position descriptions or job postings or just any strategy sessions, we'll post into AI, into chat, GBT specifically and say what are the questions that you. That I should be asking myself about this topic? And I have a conversation with them and they'll just ask the questions and then I'll answer those questions. They'll say based on My answers to the questions you provided. What other are the additional questions or thoughts that you can give to me? And we use it almost like as a coach and a soundboard to have this whole conversation of strategy and problem solving has been transformative for helping us just have like an accessible coach in our corner going back and forth with us during our IG session. So those are three right off the top of my head. I could give you more, but let's, let's go in whatever direction you want.
Yeah, well, I, you know, I'm, I'm, I'm hearing you say all these things. I'm, I'm sure you've piqued a lot of people's attention with respect to those topics. But the thing that first popped into my head, Mike, Mike was, you know, automate, eliminate, delegate. And you've really, you've really mastered this. And I'm sure you're familiar with that, that process. Yep. So, you know, I've been following this. Like, what, what in your business can you automate? There's so many things that technology can, can automate right now and then figuring out, like, what can you eliminate, you know, from it? What can you do that better? But you've taken AI and you've actually used AI to help do the delegate.
Delegate. Yeah, absolutely. And do this smart delegation. So it's really smart delegation because here's what the best part is, is you create these SOPs. So again, using VAs and AI pairing them. Yeah, they'll create SOPs on everything that we talked about. So we have all these playbooks. So that way if somebody is not like reading the standard or not doing it, well, it's a drop and reload. But it doesn't require my time. Where in the past it was like, shoot, someone quit, I gotta go hire someone else, train them. And that took a lot of time for a business owner. But now it's like the, the process is simple, so we can easily replace someone if they're not meeting the standard that we want. And we've, because we've simplified the process, we can also get higher quality work done at a lower, at a lower rate, which is, which has been really appealing for our, our clients, frankly. You know, it's, it's been really wild to see what's possible.
Yeah, no, and what happens is you end up spending more time on those higher quality activities. And, you know, that's one of the things, you know, you, you and I have spoken about, which is, you know, what are you truly worth? And you know, with My coaching clients. I know one in particular. We were working together and we're going through everything. He does payroll, he does a seat, you know, he's you know, doing accounting and all these things. And we stripped all that out. And when he was actually going, he was negotiating contracts, he was doing sales, he was working with his clients and working with, on hiring talent. It's worth about $750 an hour. And here he is doing these tasks that are probably 15, 20, $25 an hour tasks. So I think that's the big thing if you can, if you can leverage this technology. And then you said something else which I'd like you to dive into, into more as well. Leverage the technology in combination with things like virtual assistants, you can really maximize your earnings. The time and, and the value that you're providing.
Oh yeah, big time. And as a gift, if you wanted, I, I could give this to your listeners. I created a 25 page workbook that has to do with all those tasks that you just mentioned like the accounting and what communication related tasks. Marketing, social media, lead generation project and transaction coordination, research reporting, just general admin, client relationship and feedback collection are the main topics. And on each of them there's like all these subcategories. So it's like maybe 40, 50 different categories that are probably under your, your hour, your target hourly earnings. So the gentleman you said is 7:50 an hour. Maybe you're at dollar an hour, 75 an hour, $200 an hour. But all of these for sure will be under them. And then just the clarity of like, okay, out of these 40 tasks there's two categories. There's one, either I'm doing these and it's taking up my time or I'm they're not getting done. But if they were getting done, it would increase revenue for my company. So we take those two, figure out what we can do to get AI informed virtual assistants to get those things offloaded and create growth in your business. So I, to give that as just a resource to kind of help people brainstorm, brainstorm their, those tasks if that could be helpful for them.
Absolutely, yeah, let's put that, we'll put that in the show notes for sure.
Okay, great. Coming, coming back to the, the, the question which was mine because I, I got so excited about the resource. What is the question I'm supposed to be answering?
Yeah, so yeah, so you know we've.
Talked about pairing the AI with virtual assistants.
Yeah. Yeah.
So this has been a game changer for me because especially with the toddler and then a newborn on the way. Like I wanted to make sure I have boundaries in my schedule. But being very productive specifically for Legion, this has been really cool. So we have one of our clients, Matt, he's a mobile home park investor as an example. So he has his AI informed virtual assistants in his tone. Like I already mentioned, finding mobile home park owners, doing the research and messaging them and booking appointments for him for mobile home park owners. And then he also looking for hard money lenders, doing research and finding people, doing some messaging. Legion, we do what a proprietary method called Three2One that we learned three likes to come and one authentic connection message. So our clients get as high as 25 response rate. Me on my Facebook, I have a 42% response rate when we send messages. So from May until now, we've sent out about 3, 600 messages. Cold, cold DMS. And now we, my between Andrew, my business partner and I, we have over 26% response rate. Mine out of 800 is a 42%.
Wow.
Is because it, it feels very authentic. We have a voice memo that's used. It's a really cool proprietary method that we created and we do that for clients. So for Matt's case as an example, we did this for 90 days and he was able to get a mobile home park owner on his schedule and like got it under contract and everything. He's like that paid for 10 years of having services covered. So doing Legion and Prospecting hold dms, but in a tone that feels authentic, but also is done by a human. So it's not a bot that has been really transformative for a lot of individuals because we want to make sure that it passes the sniff test. You know, it can't be a bot, it needs to be a human. But it also.
You can tell. I can tell. Yeah, you get this stuff. It's like, how's your day going? You're like again, you're like, dude, Mike, I know you. Why are you, why are you texting me how my day is going? It's like, yeah.
So the lead gen aspect has been really, really helpful for a lot of individuals. And then the calendar inbox and calendar management has been really helpful. We use Calendly as a tool that we like to use, but being able to pair the the calendly events along with the inbox management. So that way a VA is managed, looking in the inbox and like reschedule. So like our first time that we had our conversation, the sees that there's a conflict and then get it rescheduled. For me and then he'll respond to the email using AI in my tone. So it sounds like me as an example. And then goes into calendly and, and and updates the event for my calendar so it blocks it off. So it's like having someone do that. Probably be a better example with like a prospect or client, not necessarily the podcast interview, but that's good calendar management.
Yeah, yeah, that makes perfect sense. And yeah, you're, you're selling, you're selling me on, on the need for this in our business.
So you, you just said you had. You just hired a va. So it's like how might I be able to train this VA on. On how to do Legion? And, and even for your current clients, like booking up appointments and just having conversations with them as you. It could be as them, that's fine. But it could be as me as well in my tone. Schedule, calendar, inbox, social media, shout outs, content. We have a Facebook group of 300 members in that group. So our virtual assistant team curates content, posting the content, responds to comments. So it's all AS in my tone. And if they ever get stuck, this is a part that might, might be important. They just take a screenshot. It's like this might be personal, you might want your beast on this. And they send a screenshot and send it to me on Slack and then once a day I just go to Slack and respond to those inquiries and that's it. So the destruction element of having to not go into those platforms in itself has probably bought me back at least five hours a week of just distraction because I used to sit in the toilet. I don't know if you're guilty of that and just like scroll in and responding and all this stuff, but now it's like terrible. You know, it's all handled. I don't there, I'm like lone the bathroom now because all those types of distractions are all taken care of for me. So it's really been fantastic. And that distraction, I used to bring that distraction to the dinner table. I would bring that distraction to other parts of life. But now it's completely offloaded. It's forcing me to be more present, which is in itself is much more an intangible that I don't know how much dollar value I could put to that, but it's high value for sure.
Yeah, no, I love that. So. So Mike, how does your company work with business owners with, you know, high level professionals to really implement these. And how does like what does your coaching process look like?
So we have the two pillars. I appreciate you asking, by the way, Chris. So we have two pillars. We have the education pillar, and then we have the services pillar. So if their systems are just a wreck and they're like, all right, we need like help with our design, that's when we put them through our education or coaching pillar. Because we have tons of content versus for them, workbooks and tutorials and templates that they could just plug and play Playbooks. They could just plug and play into the business. So that's the education side. A lot of business owners that are coming to us, they're like, I already have a lot of these playbooks and these designs. I need a team of doers. So the team of doers, how it works is when I first virtual assistant, I paid a company 2500 bucks. They found me one really talented person, and then I had that one talented person do a bunch of tasks, and I had to pay her, train her, and do all these things. But the challenge was she could only do one thing at a time. So our model, we have more of an account manager model where the client would get an account manager, and then the account manager has a team of 30 people on our team. That so they. That way that business owner can get graphic design work done, video editing done, social media content done, blog and podcast all done at the same time. So that way they're getting an entire team of doers, not one virtual assistant. And right now we have an hourly, monthly hourly subscription model, but we'll be moving in 2020 or to more of a task model. So it's like I just need Inbox. That's this range. If I need Inbox, social media and podcast production, then that'll be point. But right now it's just an a monthly subscription. You buy them at how many. How many hours you might need, and then you could always add on more hours and go from there. Essentially how we built it right now. But the reason why we're changing is because this hourly model is starting to get a little messy, and we've grown a little bit more rapidly than I anticipated. So we right now we're serving about 65 to 70 clients. And it's been really, really fun to help them. But in order to grow to level, like I said, that 100 by 100, we just got to redesign a couple of things. But it's, it's in all of these, these VAs are doing this work us, so they're all trained on some of these things. So if a business owner comes us Like I just want what, what, what they're doing for you. Just do that for me. It's all right. Cool. Like that makes it easy. But sometimes if they have a unique CRM that they use or a different technology, then we can, you know, learn it and adapt to what their needs are. Maybe record some loom videos and teach our team exactly what, what it looks like.
No, I love that. So Mike, what's the best way for our listeners to get in touch with you?
It's they go to VA like virtual assistant. Betterthanrich.com they could book a, a consultation, someone on our team and we'll do a time audit with them and give them the workbook and just like have a conversation. And if it's something that makes sense, then of course the, the are on the site too. They could just sign up. But I think the call is a great place and I, I know I mentioned I would give that resource. I hate to do two, two calls to action, but I promise that workbook we have a quiz that we created@betterthanrich.com quiz and on the other end of that is they will get that time audit workbook. And the quiz is two minutes, it's 10 questions. And by the way, just the questions themselves are really journal prompts. They're like how do you start your day? If, if you, how often do you take a vacation? What's your five year vision? So these are really good journal prompts, but they'll give you a couple answers and once you take the quiz it will trigger workbooks, videos, worksheets, PDFs based on your answer that will trickle out to you in an email. So there's two offers there. One is the meta lesson of how to create a simple quiz funnel that offers value to your clients. That's the meta lesson. But the other lesson are all these resources that really can help. And inside that funnel is that workbook that I mentioned. So betterthanrich.com quiz so that way you could get some of those resources.
Excellent. I got both of those in the show notes. So both those links are in the show notes. Mike, it's always great catching up. Congratulations on the new addition to your family and we're going to continue this conversation offline as well.
