Got a meeting with the boss. Gonna put on the GOAT, Michael Jordan. Feeling good. Here we go. Oh, there's the boss now. Hey, how's it going? Oh, yeah, busy guy. But he is the boss, as the name says. And unfortunately, we just had a conversation and been laid off. Not his fault, great leader. Kidding aside, I have been laid off in my career. It sucks. And there's so many people out there, the tech industry, 12,000 people alone, plus Amazon, Facebook, Salesforce. It's ridiculous. And I don't understand why companies are letting valuable talent such as yourselves go with cross-training and a multitude of other ways to give somebody an ROI for the business and keep them when CEOs are making an absurd amount of money, millions and millions and millions and millions. It's ludicrous. Don't like it. Not here for it. Not a fan. Now, there are companies that are doing it better. I personally love where I'm at in Comcast Business. Not only are we growing and increasing headcount and there have been no layoffs, but I'm in a position where there's continual learning. My career and where I want to go is very top of mind and important. I have a collaborative team that truly wants to see each other win, that team win, the idea of the name on the jersey on the front, not on the back. And I would love to help. Look at Comcast Business. I would love to be a referral. Continued Learning, Demo Guru, great book. Look at my network. I would love to see if there's somebody that I can introduce you to that might be able to help you out. And then a step further, if you know me personally, heck, even if you don't, if you just say like, hey, this is a guy that I think might have some good ideas and maybe we might be able to organically help one another out, I would love to meet for a virtual coffee or an in-person coffee. I'm not the guy that's going to solicit you and say, toss me some money to help you out with your career. I'm the one that says, let's meet, have a coffee, see if there's mutual interest, and if it leads towards that organically, great. But I have no hidden agenda, no bait and switch, no sales tactics. I just love helping people. Why else would I have this Win With Webb brand that also incorporates personal training? So remember to get moving today and let's make it a better day. I know there's a lot of folks hurting out there. I want to help as much as I can. Chris Webb with Win With Web. Let's win together. See ya.
