within the first 2 minutes of any conversation is number one, I'm trying to figure out what is the personality type of person I'm talking to, meaning are they analytical? Are they more of a driver or a quick decision maker? Are they more social conscious where they're concerned about what are you going to do with the property more so than the money? Because I want to cater everything I say to how they're actually going to hear it. And if like I'm not analytical at all, I'm a very quick decision maker. If somebody starts throwing data, And spreadsheets and everything at me, I just, I glaze over. But if I talk to an analytical person without data spreadsheets, they're not going to hear me because I'm talking too fast and they're not going to, they're not going to take in or believe what I'm saying without proof. So that's very key. Figure that out as quickly as you can and adjust your conversation moving forward.
