All right, this week on the Motivation Monday, I want to address the massive modern problem we're all faced with. And that's, I think it's obvious, but phones, AI, content overload, just in general distractions all over the place, right? Here's something no one wants to admit. You don't need more time. You just need fewer distractions. I hear it all the time. I just don't have enough time. But then I look closer and I see what? Scrolling through crap, time wasted on social media, jumping between different ideas, starting something and not stopping it, not finishing it, and then switching to something else. That's not a time problem, guys. Not at all. It's a focus problem. And focus is actually another decision, right? That's all it is, a decision. See, the people getting deals done right now in our community, I see it. My wife asks all the time, like, who's getting deals done and why? And we go through it. They're not less busy than you. In fact, I'd argue that most of our top associates in our community and apprentices in the Smart Real Estate family, they're busy with W-2s and they're excited about the plan we've structured with them to escape that W-2. So they're simply more focused. They're clear on what they're doing. They block out the noise. They let us develop a plan and then guide them. And then here's the key, they stick to it. Why not? We've done it with so many individuals since 2014. It's predictable, it's proven. So these people end up finishing what they start. Again, keyword with predictability. Now, where's everyone else? What do they do? They don't. They just bounce from thing to thing, shiny object to shiny object. I get it. That was me. So if you personally want momentum, don't look for more hours in the day. I know you're probably surprised when I say that. Don't. Start cutting out distractions. Less noise, less scrolling, less jumping from thing to thing. More what? More execution. Because the difference between stuck, literally, and successful Is not what can I do? It's what can I stop doing? That's just focus. So I want to say it again. Think about it. What can you stop doing? You want to get around others who have done what I said? They left their W-2. How badly do you want that? If that's you, how badly do you want to leave your W-2 or make a change in your life? How badly? How badly would you like to escape that? If you're already an investor, Here's a different question. If you don't have a W-2, how badly would you like to start parlaying and stacking 3 paydays worth potentially 6 figures per deal? Even if it's a strong 5 figures, you heard by now, I'm sure, our 3 Paydays Live event, 3paydayslive.com. It's in September this year. Just plan on being there.
