In this Motivational Monday video, Chris Pree challenges viewers to examine whether they are merely busy or truly impactful. He asks the audience to consider successful leaders who have the same 24/7 time constraints and to identify the difference between busywork and high‑impact actions. Pree proposes a simple habit: each night, write down one or two critical tasks on an index card that will unquestionably move the needle in business, finances, or personal life the next day. He illustrates the concept with his own morning routine, choosing to film content for his team rather than shuffle papers. The video emphasizes making a conscious, repeated choice to be impactful, establishing disciplined planning, and offers resources through smartrealestatecoach.com—including free books, strategy calls, and a special link to a zero‑interest loan program from Leo Cannell’s Seven Figures. Pree closes by encouraging subscriptions, sharing, and reminding viewers of related series like Deal Structure Sundays and Q&A Thursdays.

Welcome to this week's Motivational Monday. It's Chris Pree again, guys. This one's short and sweet this week. It's sort of a gut check for you. I love doing gut checks on, on Motivational Mondays in particular. But ask yourself this question and you could even post this on a sticky on your computer or on your dashboard, home office, wherever. Am I being busy or impactful? Or just you can put a question mark on your— on the 2 words busy or impactful, question mark. Pick a leader. I'm not going to— I'm not going to throw a leader at you. Pick a successful person, you know, the most successful person you know, whether you know them or not, know of them. Right. And understand that they have the same 24/7 that we do. Right. They have the same thing. So what's the difference? I see people in our Wicked Smart community who are busy, and I see people who are impactful. And there's a difference. Here's a thought for you. Tomorrow or next week, depending on when you're viewing this, how about you write down daily the night before you end your day, you write down daily on an index card 2 critical things that you're going to do the next day that, you know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, they will move the needle the most. They will have the most impact on your life, your business, your finances. You know it for a fact. But instead, you come in and kind of get all the busywork done or get the phone calls and the voicemails done. And look, today's no different for me. I come in at 4:30 this morning and there's a lot of stuff I can do in the office here, even though no one's here. A lot. And instead, what I did was I banged out a bunch of the filming that the team needed. That's being impactful versus busy. I could be busy all day today, not talk to one person, Shuffle things around my desk, go to my filing cabinet. I can be super busy, I promise you. And you can too. But tomorrow and for the following week, so that you set yourself up for next year good and strong with some strong new disciplines and habits, will you be busy or impactful? Let's be impactful. Let's make it a choice to be impactful. Let's make a commitment to be impactful. Let's make a plan to be impactful. So every night, 1 or 2 things that you know are critical, that you know will move the needle tomorrow for you in your business or your finances or your personal life. You know it. You just haven't done it or you haven't prioritized it. Not sure where to get started? Go to smartrealestatecoach.com/getgoing for free books, strategy calls, and a whole bunch more.
