Container and 3D-printed homes could solve housing affordability. A three-bedroom costs $150K to build, land runs $15-20K, and total project cost lands around $200K. These homes resell for $250-300K.
You always got to be forward-thinking and looking where it's going. And with affordability being a problem, these types of homes really solve that. You could do a studio home for $50,000, $40,000 with a container or the 3D-printed home. You do a 3-bedroom for $150,000. So if I could buy a piece of land for $15,000, $20,000, put one of these on here, I'm all into it for, say, $200,000 with holding costs, with, you know, having to put a pad in and finish everything off. And if I could sell it for $250,000, $300,000, yeah, there's some pretty good margins there and it's pretty quick with how these things are able to be built.
