A mastermind program brings business owners together for 4-5 day retreats in a house. Members from different regions get 90-minute one-on-one sessions to discuss their business and life, plus informal time at the beach and pool that builds trust and vulnerability.
As I started leading the first group, I didn't know that it was going to evolve into what it is now. And what it is, it's called the Circle of Trust. And Circle of Trust now is 3 groups, all from different parts of the country. I actually don't allow people from the same areas to be in a group together because they'll— they won't be vulnerable like they need to be. And we actually meet in a house, we stay together for 4 or 5 days. In a house. So we're immersed. There's, there's really, you have your own bedroom, but there's really no escape. And during the mastermind session itself, everybody has about an hour and a half to focus on their life, their business. But it's all of the side conversations, you know, on the beach, at the pool, over breakfast, maybe playing cards at night, whatever it is. That's where people really grow the personal bond so that they Feel like they can talk about anything.
