In this coaching‑style video, Chris Prefontaine and a participant (Speaker B) discuss practical tactics for real‑estate agents to increase creative transaction volume by partnering with coaches and using tailored scripts. Chris explains how agents can "queue" a creative‑deal partner (e.g., Rick, Lee Wood) before a listing appointment so the partner can jump in if a creative structure is needed, emphasizing that the partner’s presence is optional but valuable. They compare phone scripts (previously covered) with on‑the‑fly, in‑person scripts, noting the need for flexible conversation flow when meeting sellers face‑to‑face. Chris shares performance metrics to illustrate success: three "paydays" in July, 23 properties closed in March 2020 during the pandemic, and multiple deals already in the pipeline for August. He highlights repeat‑seller relationships, such as Josie receiving her 3rd‑4th deal from the same seller and a librarian client consistently fed deals by a flipper named Eddie Hollins. The video ends with a call‑to‑action directing viewers to smartrealestatecoach.com/getgoing for free books, strategy calls, and further coaching resources.

So all 3 paydays in the month of July. See that bottom right number, you guys? I'm pretty sure. I haven't looked back. COVID was crazy, so I can go back and look, but I think that's a record.
I know most of the scripts that you talked about earlier, they were all phone scripts. Do we have in-person scripts? Like if I'm out, just because I'm a realtor, you know, basically usually I have that conversation with somebody and it turns into, oh, I'm a And blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Yeah.
Do you have scripts that are just on the fly? Like if we're, you know, not making calls, we're just having face-to-face.
Okay, good question. This is a question you're going to ask in person or on the phone, and you're going to make sure that if you're going on an appointment as a realtor, even that you think you might want a coach for. It doesn't mean you have to use them. You would queue someone up. Like you say, you queue Rick up. Hey, Rick, I'm going to be on a listing appointment. I may not pivot to creative, but if I do, will you be around during this hour? And he'd schedule something like that with you. That helps. Perfect. That's the key. So you have to— Yeah, actually even more so for realtors, because you can make sure you're keeping that sort of separate. Now let me, let me pull my partner in who specializes in creative that we also do together. Well, I got to walk over here to see this. Lee Wood. Rick, can you go? Oh, that's up there. So all 3 paydays in the month of July. See that bottom right number, you guys? I'm pretty sure I haven't looked back. COVID was crazy, so I can go back and look, but I think that's a record. It's starting to happen now. But those are some cool deals. That's just July. August has already got 3 or so nice deals brewing. Yeah. August just was alive. And it's by level. See on the far left, you guys? Yeah. The level. President, president. Judy used to be chairman. You see that? That's what lives with her. And then High Six and Josie. Josie got her 3rd deal from the same seller or 4th?
6th.
6th? And she's working on her 7th. This guy keeps feeding her deals. Oh, Eddie Hollins. You mean this is the same one you mentioned? He flips properties and he wants to get one more in before the end of the summer. She's a librarian. Oh, why did Zach bring that up when I wasn't in the room?
