How We Structure Our Lifestyle Centers! #shorts

We normally take the retail in the front, then you can have some bigger box like grocery stores or other things in the back. We even have one that goes a 3rd level that has what I'm going to refer to as the industrial office. So an office out front and a garage in the back, they can enter the property. So as the property gets deeper, the uses can change in these lifestyle centers. And there's normally some sort of common area with a playground for kids, you know, where people can just hang out. And you would have, you know, on Memorial Day weekend, you would have something going on in the center that just supports the neighborhood again.
