How Your Environment Is Quietly Capping Your Wealth with Andre Stewart

In this episode of the Smart Real Estate Coach Podcast, host Chris Prefontaine interviews real‑estate entrepreneur and tech founder Andre Stewart. The conversation begins with Stewart’s upbringing in poverty in the Deep South, his exposure to a more affluent environment through his military parents, and how that contrast sparked a hunger for success. A pivotal mentorship in college introduced him to wealth‑building books and the idea that "you can’t be what you can’t see," leading him to real‑estate, stocks, and eventually founding InvestFar Capital, a platform for remote property acquisition, renovation, and management, as well as the Residential Roads Business Institute. Stewart explains his core thesis: people’s financial outcomes are largely dictated by their environment and the mental models they inherit. He created the Adaptive Sovereignty test – a free, 5‑minute, 12‑question assessment that evaluates four domains that cap income: emotional command over money, cognitive immunity (resistance to harmful narratives), strategic time orientation (understanding long‑term business timelines), and identity/visibility (comfort with exposure). He illustrates each domain with personal anecdotes, such as folding under pressure during a pandemic sale, or avoiding visibility that limited his podcast growth. The dialogue shifts to the value of mentorship and paid coaching, arguing that paying an "ignorance tax" for a mentor can prevent costly mistakes (Stewart cites a $110k loss in his first year). Both hosts describe their own coaching programs – Chris’s Apprentice program, the In‑the‑Trenches boot camp, and the Three Paydays live event – emphasizing community support, hands‑on deal work, and free resources (books, REI BlackBook). Stewart also discusses current market dynamics: a post‑COVID economic slowdown, rising AI adoption, and increasing layoffs creating opportunities for creative financing (subject‑to deals, seller‑financing) that bypass traditional mortgages. He mentions proprietary tools like Farsight IQ and the Equity Acceleration System that leverage AI to identify deals and accelerate net‑worth growth for participants. The episode concludes with calls to action: take the Adaptive Sovereignty test (adaptivesovereignty.com), explore Stewart’s media channels, and join the Smart Real Estate Coach community for education and support.

All right, smart listeners, it's Chris Prefontaine, your host again with another Smart Masters Class. Today we're going to hang out with Andre Stewart. I had the pleasure of being on his podcast. This is another writer-downer. This podcast that he hosts is called Investing Uncensored. Really cool show. I was on it actually a couple of times and I said, you got to come on my show because he's got some real cool things he does from the lending side and just general mindset and real estate stuff that I know you're going to love and you're going to glean some nuggets from this. He's a real estate entrepreneur, obviously more on the tech side. He's an author and he's the founder and CEO of InvestFar Capital and InvestFar, which is a global real estate investing platform. So that's why I said on the tech side, they actually enable investors to buy, renovate, sell, and manage investment properties remotely. Okay. So I thought that would be cool for you. And he also founded the Residential Roads Business Institute. That's another business education platform. So really cool stuff. I'm going to dive into each of those areas here with Andre. And with that as a backdrop, welcome to the show, Andre. All right, Andre, with that as a backdrop, welcome to the show, buddy. Good to see you again.
Same. I'm excited to be here. You know, I talked to Zach, you know, obviously the CEO, but so I'm just looking forward to being here and talking to the guests.
Yeah, yeah. Zach was just on your show. I just told them to write that down and subscribe, but Zach was just on your show.
For sure. Yeah, he was just on there.
Oh, nice. Yeah, nice. Wow, you got enough of us lately, huh? Wow. All right, let's dive in. For those that don't know you, Andre, other than the small intro I gave, kind of give the backstory. Like, take us behind the green curtain, how you arrived here and what, what, what the backdrop is, and then we'll kind of dive into now.
Well, kind of me. I grew up in poverty in the Deep South. My parents were military, so they traveled a lot. So I ended up staying with my grandmother. Uh, for the most part with a couple of cousins and my brother. So we just didn't grow up in a, in an advantageous neighborhood, I would say. So from that experience, it just made me hungry to want to, you know, be successful because we have— we grew up on food stamps and things like that. So I would just end this just never-ending hunger for wanting to be successful and get my family out of the situation that we were in. So from that, I just—
Someone— sorry, before you keep going, I don't want to lose this. This is This is already like, I gotta dive in. Did someone— like, other people use that as an excuse, as you know, right? So did someone inspire you during this, and what age? Like, just to continue the thought here.
You know what, at one point in time, my parents came back to get me because we were just transferred between my mom's house, or my parents' house, and my grandmother's house. And they lived in Jersey at the time, so they were off deployed. And when they came back, they came and picked me and my brother up. So So we lived in like a 2-bedroom shack at my grandmother's house, but when we went to go stay with my parents, they lived on base and they had a really nice house. That was my first time experiencing something that was— I had my own room, right? So for me, that was like, oh my God. So just that one experience, I think I might have been like 6 or 7 years old, I saw a difference between where I was growing up. Because you think your environment, everyone lives the same way that you do, but when I went to go stay with my parents, I just saw that there was something different out there, and that's kind of what helped me out.
Wow, especially at that age, right?
Exactly.
This is it.
Yeah.
Okay, sorry, I interrupted your flow. Go ahead.
But yeah, so that exposure, like you just mentioned, and that, you know, when you're growing up in certain environments, your idea is like, I gotta play basketball or hit the lottery or do something like that to get out of that environment. So for me, I played basketball. That was my thing to try to get myself out of my environment. So I end up going to college playing basketball and trying to like take that avenue to do something, but that didn't work out. I ended up tearing my— messing up my ankle trying to go to the summer league. Long story after that, I ended up running across a girl in college and she introduced me to her dad, and he was like a millionaire. He got into real estate, he got into stocks. Matter of fact, he used to live in George Steinbrenner's house, who was the owner of the Yankees. That's how big, you know, he got.
Wow.
So from me meeting him, he started giving me different books to read and letting me know education was the key. And so from just my experience meeting him and reading the book called The Millionaire Mind, it opened up my mind even more to being like, okay, here's something way better than me just trying to play basketball or me getting into entertainment. I can start a business. And so you can't be what you can't see. And so for me being able to see him interact with him, that kind of just opened up my eyes to get me to where I am today with like doing real estate, stocks, and business and stuff like that.
So you said the word exposure a few times, and so you had the, your parent and, and grandparent situation, then you had that situation. Both of those were proximity and association, right?
Exactly. Yep. It's big time. And so, you know what, I, I think that's my thing. That's kind of what got me onto, like, I created a, a platform called Adaptive Sovereignty. And so the reason why I did that is because behavioral finance and wealth psychology, I think people don't know that if you can control the way you think in your environment, it's gonna change your outcome big time. And it's like, People always hear you're a product of your environment, which is extremely true because I think with social media, people are becoming products of other people's environments and not their own. Because again, if you live in Beverly Hills, your environment is great, but if you're on social media all the time and looking at bad stuff in your feed, it changes your perception of life. And so I, I think people need to understand those connections. Yeah.
So it sounds like that was going to cover my next question. You're, you're a big part of that now, right? Being very careful about proximity and exposure and association.
100%. Because again, if it wasn't for this person, everyone has parents, like everyone gets beliefs in things from their parents or their environment. So my dad was a hustler. Like he worked hard, he was in the military, he had 3 jobs. So for me, I thought that's what you had to do to become successful. But when I ran across the person that I call my mentor from afar, he showed me that he was just talking about stories, riding Bentleys and his friends buying $300,000 worth of stock. So if just for me being in proximity with him, I saw something different. I didn't have to be like my dad. And even though my dad was a great man, I knew that there was other ways just by being in an environment with this person and hearing his stories that I can do something different. And so from reading books and getting exposure to like— I don't even think people understand that most billionaires are like C students. So they might have dropped out of college or whatever the case is. It's not like this huge mystery of why people are successful. It's just the way they think. Yeah.
Well, I mean, uh, example after example of the, of the multimillionaires and billionaires right now that didn't go to college.
Exactly. Like, for instance, Bill Gates, didn't he drop out of college his junior year?
That's exactly what I was thinking when I said it.
Yeah.
Yeah. Crazy.
I think the top 5 richest people in the world didn't go to college, or they went and they dropped out.
Yep.
Yeah.
Yep. Good, good. And, uh, look, let's talk about that for half a second. I wasn't gonna go here either, but You think about people that, and I want your opinion on this, that look at coaching or mentoring and they hesitate for, I'll make up numbers, $5,000, $10,000, $50,000 even. They'll hesitate to do that for themselves, but nobody hesitates by and far, by and large, for going to college, dumping, because they're probably not paying for a lot of people, but dumping $50,000, $60,000, $150,000 over 4 years and getting next to nothing, some people.
Correct. For it. Crazy. But you know what? And, uh, you can attest to this. They say most millionaires have 7 mentors. But if you think about it, Alex Hormozi says this all the time. You wanna pay down your ignorance tax. And so when you get a mentor, I've had multiple mentors, even ones that I've paid for. That's kind of what got me into real estate. We talked about it when you came on my show. When you have someone to think about, people in, uh, the Adaptive Sovereignty, I keep mentioning that because I think people should go take the test. It's free. It's gonna give you insight. Most people feel like they're underpaid, but it's more structural than anything. And so when you can borrow from somebody else's experience, most people's limits are capacity. So when you get a mentor or a coach, you get to borrow their confidence or their capacity to help you out. So instead of you waiting 2 to 3 or 5 years to finally get to the level of where if you have the same capacity that person has, you could do that in 6 months or a year because you just borrowed their experience and they gave it to you in a shorter amount of time. And maybe you had to pay $5,000 for it or $2,500, whatever it is. But my first year in real estate, I think we lost $110,000, right? Had I had a mentor, that wouldn't have happened because I would've just been like, they could have coached me up on like, hey, that's a bad idea, or whatever the case is.
Yeah. You mentioned the, the pretest. I wanna, I wanna dive into what you're doing now with that. Um, can you talk about that a little bit?
So for the Adaptive Sovereignty is the index that was created because If people don't, I guess kind of gave a brief background about me. I didn't grow up in the environment where I, I thought about money. So my idea around money was based on my belief system from what I got from my parents or growing up in an environment with poverty. So that stems over into your life. So here you are thinking that, you know, your income is only gonna be able to grow as, as much as I, I would say your environment will allow it to grow. But that's a structural thing. It's the way you think.
Yeah.
So with the Adaptive Sovereignty, it's a 5-minute test, less than 5 minutes, 12 questions. There's 4 domains people operate in. A lot of times people have an emotional response toward money, right? Money is emotional for a lot of people. So if you don't have emotional command, then that's gonna play into how you operate with money, right? So I'll talk— one of my friends took the test and I know her well. She folds under pressure when it comes to money.
Yeah.
Right? And so she's gonna make bad decisions. Or maybe once you get to a certain point where she makes a certain amount of money, based on her belief system, it's gonna keep her plateaued at that particular point because it's emotional for her. Or someone— I'll give you an example of like strategic time orientation. People don't even know that when you start a business, you can attest to this, you're not gonna make money your first year. I think you don't really start making money until your third or fourth or fifth year. But when you go into business, or whether it be trying to be a creator or starting a business from scratch, if you don't have a proper strategic time orientation and understand how that goes, you're going to fail. Because once you get— and that's why most businesses fail within the first 2 years, because people are like, oh well, I didn't make any money in this time frame, it's not working. That's not true.
That's not true.
But if you don't understand that, that time orientation— and one of the big things that we see with the data when people take the test We created something called cognitive immunity or narrative defense. Everyone knows what an immune system is, right? It protects you from your body getting sick, but people don't know what cognitive immunity is. So your brain, if you are currently or constantly exposed with stuff from social media or the narrative on CNBC, or like, for example, if my— and this is a good scenario. So for example, during 2020, We had the pandemic. I sold 3 properties in 120 days. One of my properties, I sold it for $435,000. 3 years later, it was worth $750,000. I sold because the narrative was like, oh my God, it was doom and gloom. And you remember during that timeframe, stocks plummeted. For my example, what did you do during that timeframe? Did you freak out or were you calm and composed because you might've had experienced a weather or storm like that? What did you do during that timeframe?
Okay, who wants to be the next apprentice? Pretty interesting, guys. We started this apprentice program back as a July 4th, 2024 promo. That's where it started. And it was so incredibly effective. We were just going to run it for the summer. It was so effective immediately, we kept it. It's in place now. And what is it? It allows you to get into the community, the Wicked Smart community, for less dollars than the QLS home study course sells for right now on our site. In fact, When you go to smartrealestatecoach.com/apprentice-pod, apprentice-pod, when you go there, you're going to see that as an apprentice, you're going to get over $13,000 worth of coaching, the possibility for you to touch base with us if you want to, 4 or 5 times a week. And it doesn't exist anywhere out there, frankly. That's why we did it. We did it for 2 reasons. One, No one is giving you the support out there. We keep hearing feedback, which is how this was born, that other educators are not giving support. They're just selling stuff. So it doesn't exist anywhere and nowhere in the real estate education or coaching space. And we want to help you do one thing— deals. So we've wrapped the support mechanism around this. We've allowed you to get into a Slack community with the other associates who previously were protected in Slack. And now you get to jump in there and experience that for 12 weeks. You also get to come to the In the Trenches boot camp, which is private. It's a chance to hang out with the family team and one of the coaches for 2 and a quarter days in our conference room, roll up his sleeves, get calls done, get deals done. If you come with leads, you leave with deals. Absolutely incredible. I could go on and on. Go to the website right now, check out more information about the Apprentice, and I'm going to give you the In the Trenches boot camp site because you don't have to become an apprentice. It just happens to be free with apprentice and associate. So 2 links I'm going to give you, super important. smartrealestatecoach.com/ittb-pod. That's going to give you some information about the boot camp. If you want to buy a ticket to the boot camp, it's more expensive, but you can just come check us out. About 1 or 2 people every time we run it do just that or become an apprentice and it's for free. smartrealestatecoach.com/apprentice-pod. This is interesting because during that timeframe, I screamed from the rooftops to double down to my community. And at the same time, we didn't talk about this on your show, a competitor who's now out of business, but he's my friend. He originally mentored me when I got into the creative business. He closes doors during COVID So he went from just under $2 million to like hundreds of thousands, and then he went out of business because his mindset, 100% what you just said. When you talked about it, that triggered that to me. Crazy. 100% what you're talking about.
So that's the third domain. But so he's hitting it right on the head because again, that cost me, or I lost $300,000 because I'm not, I wasn't where I am right now with understanding the 4 domains that I'm talking about. So for me, I folded under that pressure because I didn't have cognitive immunity because I didn't have the experience that he's been doing this forever. Chris has been doing a long time. And at that point in time, I kind of did, but I didn't have the resilience that I have now. So that cost me money. But if you think about like Michael Jordan, Tom Brady, or Kobe Bryant, under pressure, how many— it's not strategy. How many times do they go and shoot free throws? Everyone in the NBA practices those shots, or everyone as a quarterback practices throwing, but they don't have the ability under pressure to keep composed and hit those free throws or hit that game-winning shot. So business is the same way. If you don't have that kind of ability to be able to hold under pressure, you're gonna fold and you're gonna lose money, or you're gonna go outta business like he said. So it doesn't matter if it's sports, psychology is the same thing, whether it's business or sports, it's, it's the same thing. So that's one for me was a big thing. But the last one I think people have an issue with is identity fluidity. So for, for me, when I took my own test, I fold under visibility. As you know, with business, As businesses grow, you need to be more visible because that's how you get more clients. So for me, when I took my own test, visibility avoidance was my trigger with keeping my income suppressed. Because as you grow, you got to get more exposure. My podcast is in the top 1% in audio, but I was so scared to get in front of the camera. But now obviously I'm on your, you know, your podcast, and then I have my own visual podcast. We got 2 YouTube channels. But that's how you get more exposure and that's how you get more clients. So if you can speak to that yourself, when you started your business, did you grow because you got in front of more people, maybe marketing, or what was your thing for, for you?
Yeah, it was imposter syndrome at first. I remember my first person, um, saying to start a podcast. I'm like, what are you talking about? Like, nobody wants to listen to me. Who am I going to have on the show? What am I going to say? It was the imposter syndrome and, and hiding from that, like you're talking about, for sure. And then I remember in 8— it was 18. We, our YouTube channel had like, I don't know, 100 subscribers, something crazy.
Mm-hmm.
And, and that, and that's when someone said to me, same as you're saying, you gotta get more exposure and that's how you're gonna grow things. And yeah, I don't know what we are now, 3, 4, 5,000, whatever it is on YouTube.
Mm-hmm.
Not huge, but a lot bigger than it was in '18.
But that's the thing about it. You only need, say for instance, you have 1,000 subscribers, but what you're talking about is providing value and you're selling a course that's $5,000. You can make a lot of money with just 1,000 subscribers, right? So just because you're providing value, but that goes back to the Adaptive Sovereignty. Anyone that takes that test, you're going to fall in one of those 4 domains. So it's interesting to see, you just, we just gave examples of people in your own scenario that if you took the test or you would see like you're going to fall in one of those buckets and that's why your income is structurally suppressed. I think almost everyone walking the face of the earth probably feels like they're underpaid.
Yeah.
But it's not. It's more structural than anything because you're falling behind in either emotional command, cognitive immunity, strategic time orientation, or identity is one of your things. And so once you take the test, I advise people to do it, you're going to change your life because you're going to figure out what your bottleneck is on why your income is suppressed and what you can do to fix it.
Yeah. Now everybody's like this, Andre, on the edge of their seats, like Because we didn't, I didn't know what we were gonna talk about, right? We got them now going, tell me when I get this, this test. Give them how to get the test and how to reach you and anything else you wanna share for sure. So we don't forget to do that.
So I think people should go to adaptivesovereignty.com. It's a 5-minute, less than 5 minutes, 12 questions, and it's free. So once you get there, it's gonna give you what your issue is. It could be more than one, but you're gonna identify at least one thing that's gonna change your beliefs around money. And how you can, you know, increase your income. And not me— most of the time people think it's always someone else's fault, but it's you. Like, your, your income can only grow as much as your nervous system allows it. So go to Adaptive Sovereignty, take the 5-minute test, and I promise you it's going to change your life.
Adaptivesovereignty.com. Any other way that you want them to reach you, Andre?
And then obviously I mentioned, you know, my Investing Unfiltered podcast, Top 1%, and then we have our YouTube channel Andre Stewart 1 is pretty much anywhere. You can find me on Instagram, TikTok with Andre Stewart 1. And then Uncensored Collective Media is our other media channel that we're, you know, again, we're growing that, trying to increase my visibility based on what I just said.
I love it. Those are all writer-downers, guys. We'll put them in the show notes. Um, Andre, what's, what's sort of next then, aside from the growth you just talked about? What's next for you? What gets you juiced in the morning? What's going on on that front?
Honestly, we both love real estate. I think right now is a huge time in real estate. I think that that's what got me to where I am right now. Like, you know, when I got into real estate in my 30s, I got a mentor, right? And so he showed me the way to do it. And it goes back to what you kind of show as well with doing subject-to's or creative financing. And not even— I ended up, you know, doing that for a while, then I became a lender. So I got 2 aspects of it. But I think right now people should be doubling down on like really understanding the market and not focusing on what you're hearing and watching TikTok. Because if people know real estate is in a decline, right? We had this huge run-up. I mentioned the property that I had that was, I sold it for $430,000. Now it's worth $750,000. That's unusual, right? And so now those prices are starting to come down and then rates are starting to come down. I do think that there's gonna be a lot of opportunities for people to start buying real estate, not through financing. I'm obviously a lender, but I want to talk about kind of, we both have the idea of people doing creative financing. I think there's gonna be a lot of subject-to opportunities for people to come up because the economy's not doing well. A lot of people are getting laid off more and more. So when, and then AI's coming, AI's changing so much stuff so that a lot, there's a lot of people that are gonna get in this, you know, mid-level, mid-income range that are going to get laid off. And so there's going to be a lot of opportunity for people to buy real estate without ever getting mortgages and just doing creative financing like we talked about before.
Yeah, the job is their risk, right? Right now, big time. It's so true right now. I mean, I've always said that, but it's so true right now. After COVID, there was a major push from corporate to my own business, right? And now, because of what you just said, it's an even bigger push because AI is making that push happen.
And it's like, I don't think people understand that AI is gonna be great for people that know how to use it. But I also think it's gonna be a huge backlash with the economy because if you have a lot of people that were creating websites like developers or people that were, you know, doing marketing, all these different things, that's, you can do this with a push of a button. Like, I don't know how many platforms we've created in the last 6 months or a year with interns that are just scaling our business. Like we have a platform called Farsight IQ. That's an analytic platform that can predict. All kinds of things when it, when it relates to the economy with real estate. So what do you need certain economists for? What do you need certain people in your business? Those people were making like $200,000, $300,000 a year. What are they gonna do now? Because they can't go somewhere else because other people are using AI. You're gonna have the opportunity to step in and maybe help that person take over their mortgage and, or whatever the case is. So I think just in the next 6 months to a year, if people double down on what you just said, Chris, and save money, Then you can slide in and maybe give them $20,000 to move outta their house and take over a payment or whatever the case is. Yeah.
And, and if you listen to this and you, you have a J-O-B, I'm not picking on you. I am, I'm, I'm waving the flag big time and calling your attention and inviting you to come into this world and get your mind, your money mindset straight with Andre and get your real estate stuff straight. And let's hang out for proximity and association. Let's make it happen.
Even from your experience, like we talked about before, And I, you know, I looked at the 3 Payday System. What have you been seeing with people that are coming in? And so for me, I've had, we, in the last year and a half, I think we took 10 people and made them millionaires through real estate. And it's just from being in proximity because they didn't know the stuff that we know how to structure deals. When you have people coming through your program, a lot of times they have jobs.
What are you seeing as far as those people transforming and being able to do what we're talking about through Yeah, I don't want to water it down, but I'll say that now as people come through, like all our coaches did, we just go, okay, are you really committed to this? Then we're going to set a plan up for 24 months or 17 or whatever it is to have you exit your job depending on how much you're trying to replace. But the people coming in and doing this, as you probably experienced, are making— we're making really good money. It's not like they're broke.
Hmm.
The high, strong 5 and strong 6-figure people looking to replace that, so we specialize in. And it's fun, isn't it? When you're coaching people and you see from zero to whatever it is, not just one deal, but from zero to wherever they're going. It's really cool to see.
And you're right. And so they, and these people that you do that with, they like become family. I don't know, like there's a couple people that we had that come through our system and I'm mentioning AI because we created a platform called Equity Acceleration System where people can come in through the program. So like you're mentioning right now, we had a guy come in. He had $62,000. Within 13 months, we increased his net worth to $2.3 million through just being able to structure deals. He might buy a property, we might do a refinance. He'll pull out that cash and go put down another 10 or 15% to buy another house. And we do the same thing over and over again. So then you just start to see this through 5 or 6 or 10 people. And you just mentioned it now, people are coming in that are making 6 figures a year to come in and replace their income in doing this. That says a lot about the economy. If you got people that are making this much money and they're trying to find a replacement for their income, then obviously there's something going on. And we all know it's costing so much more money now to pay for certain things, and that's only going to increase. And I don't know if it was me or you or me and Zach, we talked about it. At the rate of debt, I think we're at $39 trillion. I think 5 years ago it was $30 trillion. So if we keep going at the rate we're going, in the next 15 years, the debt's going to be like $70 trillion. So then the cost of everything is going to get more and more expensive. So if you're making $100,000 a year, that's nothing in the grand scheme of things. If you live in LA, $100,000 a year is almost poverty when you think about it. You know what I mean?
Yeah. And I don't want to— I won't mention tech company names here, but in the last 90 days, we had 2 very, very high-paid people from one company get laid off. And I had— and And they call me and say, I know you've been screaming about this for 2 years. You said my job is my biggest risk. Well, I just experienced why you say that. So, let's help everybody get out of that. André, I love your energy. I love the nuggets you shared. Any other links you want to share and/or anything else that you want to share for nugget that maybe I didn't ask you so we can make sure we get everything in?
I mean, I kind of just want to dive on mindset. So, if people know and you know this, And me and Zach talked about it too. The biggest lever for anyone, and if you're watching this show, then you obviously want to increase your income. You want to get into real estate. The biggest lever for anybody is knowledge, right? And then people always say knowledge is the key, but knowledge is the key only when it's used. You know what I mean? So knowledge is power, but you have to use it. So I think the biggest thing for people right now is like to just come away from the distractions and just shift your mindset into being like, If this person can do it, if I can do it, and I gave my background, then anyone can do it, right? And so you didn't come from money, Zach didn't come from money. It's just that we decided to learn. We decided to use YouTube University or whatever we had. Obviously we didn't have that. We had to read books, newspapers, and things like that. But I don't think there's any better time right now for anyone to get in and make money. And I do think that AI is gonna be the bridge. There's going to be so much money being made for people that decide to double down on learning how to use AI and vibe code and do all those different things because you can build a business. I think now we're going to probably have serial entrepreneurs because you can hop on Lovable or like any of these tools and just create a business that can generate $1 million in, in 60 days or less than that, depending on what they start to build. It's already happening, right?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Sweet. Uh, Andre, I can't wait to hang out more, as we talked about before the show. So, and I know we're gonna do that. We're gonna find some time and you're gonna chat with Zach a little more. Um, couldn't, uh, thank you enough for, again, your candor and your nuggets. And you get the same energy we got, so we're gonna crush it. Um, if I remember, you mentioned Jersey a couple times. That, that's why we have the same energy. I knew something was going on.
Yeah, you know, that's the East Coast vibe, right? You know, I live in California and people out here, you would think that LA would have a lot of people that Are more motivated. But no, man, the people from the East Coast, you know, we just we just move different.
Yeah, move fast. We get a lot done in twenty minutes. I appreciate you, buddy. And I know we're gonna do more together. We'll do some encore visits. So appreciate you so much. Thanks for being on.
For sure, man. I love it. Now hopefully I'll get to see you in September.

Why?
