And I realized I had made a whole lot of mistakes along the way, and I was basically wiped out. So I had to start all over, and I was 57 years old at that point in time. Not a pleasant time to be starting one's journey again, but there I was at rock bottom. And so I started looking around for different alternatives, and I discovered through study, through masterminds, that the route for me was actually passive investing.
