Inventory on the auctions is slowly, steadily climbing from that foreclosure hiatus that the federal government had done during COVID So they're slowly, steadily going up, which is what we want. We don't want any huge uptick, right? I mean, that would devastate the market, bring more inventory, drop pricing. We don't want that. We want that slow, steady. We're good. I mean, we're fishing the whole entire United States, so we don't need to just look at one particular market. So we always find plenty. Our students are able to find plenty, and we're rarely bidding against each other.
