It varies. So I like to do, you know, I know a lot about your business as well, and I like to do the same sort of thing. So we buy, we buy from wholesalers, we do seller financing on the purchase. We do seller finance on the sale. Love it. We do lease options, sub-2s, contract for deed, depending on the state. I prefer lease options personally. I like to not have to do foreclosures. That's my ultimate thing. But a little bit of everything. We do buys, we do flips, we do a lot of single family, but we have bought, we have a 136-unit in Florida. We're closing on a 120-unit in Texas right now. So like we do a little bit of everything. We do the small apartments, we do the single family. We're doing a seller finance deal on a 120-unit.
