We also did a nice little move there. When we came here from Ottawa looking for a home to buy for the next year, we came to a development where they were going to be building another 50 houses and then the development was going to be done and finished. And it's a very, very desirable area. So we put a deposit on one house, which was going to be our home. And then Laurel woke up the next morning and said, you know what, I think, I think there's potential here. So even though rent-to-own was our strategy, what about buying and hold? And then we talked about it and then we came back to the office and we put deposits on 11 more houses.
