If you have no money, you have absolutely no excuse to not get started in real estate. So you say, how do I get started in real estate with no money? Biggest question we've been getting lately. Why? Economy's in a little bit of turmoil, right? It's probably one of the best times where I can look at the market and say, in my 35 years, this market's a little bit tougher for the average person. Not if you're in the smart family. To figure things out, right? So can you really start with no money? Well, short answer is stop worrying about money. There's not— it's a non-issue. And here's why I say that. Back in 2008, from 2008 to 2012, I was decimated in the crash. And I'm going to give you some resources so you can go learn more about my story and not do that all here. But suffice to say, I had to start with no money. So I literally, after the crash, said, okay, I got to rewrite the rules here. I've got no money. My credit's in the toilet. The market's a little wonky still. Back when I come out of the crash, everyone's telling me, don't— you can't do real estate, Chris. What are you, crazy? You just went through all that turmoil and you're going to stop real estate? So I had to kind of redefine the rules and how I operated because I knew if I kept waiting, waiting for the money, waiting for things to be perfect, waiting, waiting, waiting, I'm going to be crippled because I knew the opportunity cost is just ridiculous. And I'm screaming that for you right now, meaning don't sit on the sidelines because or if you have no money. There's no reason to do that. Some of the things I rewrote, just so you can get into this context, is— are: one, I said I'm no longer going to operate where I had no money. So I'm no longer going to operate where I just go do a deal and it's one payday, meaning transactional. I got to go do it again and again and again. Number 2, I'm not going to use banks. They crippled me, so I'm not going to use them again. So I'm not going to pledge credit. I'm not going to sign personally on anything. I'm not going to do that. Instead, I'm going to look how I can create value for sellers at first, buyers later, create value for sellers by providing solutions to problems or and/or providing solutions for them to accomplish their goals as a seller or a buyer that the conventional market can't give them. And in doing that, created Huge value for them. When you create huge value, guess what happens? You no longer have a money problem. Get— that's the— if you get nothing else out of this video, I want you to be super clear on that. When you provide solutions or provide them a solution to a problem or goal that they're trying to accomplish, money follows you, plain and simple. Not sure where to get started?
