Okay, smart listeners, it's Chris Prefontaine, your host again, with another Welcome to the MastersClass. We're going to hang out today with Yvonne Trost, really cool guest. We're always working on what we call our Genius Model. Those of you that may be new listeners, and part of the 3 pieces of the Genius Model, you have mindset, skillset, and systems. The mindset piece is actually the hardest piece. It is because we can teach you the skillsets. We can send you to the YouTube and you can watch 500 or 600 deals. That's all skillset stuff. Great. But when the curveballs come and all these things come at you and life happens and the spouses and the kids and all the things that can happen to you come at you, the mindset piece really is what pushes through. Yvonne is a happiness coach, a certified hypnotherapist, and a co-founder of Limitless U. Pretty cool name. It's a transformational coaching platform, actually. And she helps individuals literally break free from limiting beliefs. And she does that by combining neuroscience and hypnotherapy and mindfulness practices with holistic approaches like yoga and meditation. Really, really deep stuff, really cool stuff. And after a life-changing personal transformation, she now guides others just like you and I to rediscover their authentic selves and create more fulfilling, purpose-driven lives. Okay, Yvonne, with that as a little backdrop, welcome to the show.
Thanks so much. I'm excited to be here.
Yeah, I have so much. I was taking notes that I want to unpack. I'm just going to kind of dive in and see where it brings us both. It's going to be fun. First, kind of take the smart audience behind the green curtain, so to speak, and maybe give a little bit of your backstory of kind of how you arrived here. I think it's super important to set that up.
Absolutely. So, gosh, oh my gosh, where to start? I came from a town of 2,400 in central Illinois amidst cornfields. Never thought I would leave the country because I didn't know anybody that did. I thought private schools were just the thing that really wealthy people sent their kids to because that's what I saw in the movies. And I was pretty sheltered and the universe started to like open up my life in different ways. But every step along the way, there was definitely a lesson to be learned. And so it started with living in Spain. And I thought, wow, how did this happen? Speaking another language, but then still thinking, you know, I had to be perfect. I had to be safe. I didn't know this, but my parents didn't come from a lot, so they wanted the best for me. And the only way they knew how to do that was the way they were taught, right? So I got grounded if I didn't get straight A's, always got compared to my friend Hannah because she was the best in the class and all the things, right? And so I grew up not in an environment of trauma, but in an environment of love that actually turned into trauma, little t trauma. And so that's the thing, like whether you talk to myself or even if you talk to my partner, Brad, he's like, oh, there's probably something in your childhood. I said, I had a great childhood. If anything, it was boring. Right. Um, but he's like, you wouldn't have married the guy that you married. Was there not something? You wouldn't be in a career that didn't really light you up if there wasn't something. And so I started to open my beliefs. So if you're listening to anything that we're talking about today, don't believe me. Don't agree with me. Test it. Experiment. And I would say that for anybody on social media, any coach. Don't believe them. You could have one coach tell you one thing and it's supposed to be the best thing ever. And another coach who's really good also says it's the worst thing ever. There's no right answer. So you need to take what we talk about today. I ask you to take it with an open mind and an open heart, explore it, test it, because had I not done that, I wouldn't be with you here today. So I was in a career at Accenture. Right? IT and strategy, business consulting, top performer, you know, get the promotion, all the things, but always searching, Chris. Like, first one year I wanted to be a psychologist, and then I wanted to be an architect, and then I wanted to be an interior designer. Like, I was never really like, this is it. But I thought I had to stay there. I had to grind it out. I had to play safe. I had to like wait until my kids got out of college to start living, right? And it wasn't until I went through a terrible divorce, you know, the universe is like, let me beat you on the head really hard so that you will listen, that you don't have to stay limited. You don't have to stay stuck. You don't have to keep wearing masks or living a life because in a loving way, fear was instilled to you, a mindset of lack or not enough. And so it wasn't until that happened that I opened up my mind and my heart. And trying to get help for my son, right? His father was abusive to him and he was struggling and I needed something. And my partner's like, oh, I'm going to school for hypnotherapy. And I'm like, well, I haven't tried that, but that sounds a little crazy. So I'm not gonna just put my son in that experience. So I'm like, let me experience it first. And I thought, huh, maybe if I just stop eating a little bit too much, going to Starbucks a little too much, then I'll be happy 'cause my clothes will fit better. So that's what I thought I was getting into. And what ended up happening, some people go into a deep trance. Some people have memories that they never even knew. Some people have memories they'd long forgotten. Mine was not even those cases. I didn't go into a deep trance. I was kind of disappointed. I thought like, oh, that'd be kind of cool.
Yeah.
I didn't remember anything that I didn't already know. But Chris, what happened is I woke up, I connected my prefrontal cortex with my subconscious, and I realized that I had been living underneath limiting beliefs that were lies, but that my mind thought were helping me, protecting me, but really were self-sabotaging and limiting me. And then it clicked and I was like, it's like I'm on a dock. So can you, I see you have that ocean picture behind you. Imagine like, just close your eyes for a minute if you're listening and put yourself in a marina and there's this beautiful yacht. You're standing on the dock and it, you know, the dock and the marina, they're kind of okay, but you've been there a long time and you've been there quite often and it's getting old. It's not the worst thing ever.
It's familiar.
But it sure as heck isn't exciting. But that yacht's going out to the ocean and you wanna go, but you're a little bit scared 'cause you've not been there before. And you got one foot on the yacht and you got one foot on the dock and you've been straddling it for such a long time. Next year I'll retire. Next year I'll get married. Next year I'll go on the vacation. Next year I'll get, you know, I'll explore the world, whatever it is your next year is. My next year had come and the ship was setting sail and I had to decide, do I stay on the dock? 'Cause it was getting really uncomfortable. I was gonna fall in that murky water. And I said, I'm going for it because I had unlocked myself. I had realized this whole time I was causing myself the suffering, not because of anything that's real. Chris, you're a really smart guy. Go into the past and clap twice for me real quick. You were here with me. You didn't go into the past, right? You can't. It doesn't exist anymore. And every time you try and remember the past, you're actually remembering it different and less accurate than the time you did before. But how much do we cause ourselves suffering based upon what we know about the past?
Big time.
Now go, okay, fine. Just go into the future now and clap once. You didn't do it either. You're right here. So that also doesn't exist. And so everybody is living in like this socially acceptable level of schizophrenia where we cause ourselves suffering or limiting beliefs because of the past or the future, but those things don't exist. I love Dr. Joe Dispenza. And one of the things that he talks about is creating your future present instead of your past present. Chris, how many people in business do you know that are like, well, I've done it this way. And I'm, you know, like back in my old day, like, oh, gotta love the old guy in the boardroom. Well, I've done this for 20 years and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Anytime somebody tried to come up with a new idea. Well, but if all of your decisions and your thoughts in the present and what you're preparing for with the future based upon the past, what are you going to create more of?
The past.
The past. So that's my story. I stopped recreating the past based upon limiting beliefs and fear. Like in my tribe, my company's Limitless You. Our website is unlocklimitlessyou.com. We get rid of 4 things: judgment, fear, unless you're in mortal danger. But how often are we in mortal danger? Doubt and self-pity. Those 4 things will come up often and often and often in people's minds. And then they think, oh, it's there to protect me, right? Like your shirt says, got grit. I have a client, he's got this hustle sign behind him. Like, I don't want you hustling. I don't want you working hard. I want you attracting. Hmm. We've been taught, including this girl from the Midwest, Money doesn't grow on trees. They call it work for a reason. You're not supposed to enjoy it. It's supposed to be tough. No, it's not. So I'm here to teach you new ways of thinking, of attracting, so that you don't have to wait until next year. And while you're doing what you're doing, you're doing it as your future self and you're enjoying it. I went off a little bit. Tangent, but hopefully that explains why I'm here.
It's simply awesome for you to unpack it in the visuals. We have to find a way, and we will, you and I, to transport you into the entire SMART community. So, because you're going through these things and I'm like, okay, you're basically describing everyone even though you were describing your story, right?
Yeah. And we all think we're so different, but we're all the same. In my tribe, you know, like, I will start with celebrations and then challenges. And sometimes people are like, oh, I don't wanna go listen to somebody else's story. But then they get there and they're like, oh my God, that's my story. Oh, I'm not alone. You're going through that too, even though you don't look like me, you don't live in the same country, you don't have the same economic background. We're all going through similar things because this is Earth school and we are here to learn and grow. And so I don't know who said it originally, and it sounds kind of cliché. Once you go through my program, you actually don't think it's cliché. Things are happening for you, not to you. And when you can embrace even the tough stuff, right? When you take the opportunity as a gift, like people are like, oh, I'm so sorry. Like I had to get a security system and I had to get a protective order. And I just had to deal with that again this past year from my ex-husband. And people are like, oh, I'm so sorry. I'm like, no, it's a congratulations. It took that to wake me up. And every single thing that I look back on that was tough, even in my relationship with Brad, now conflict brings us closer because it creates an opportunity for us to get to know each other better and to create emotional safety. So whatever experience that you're going through right now, don't believe me. I just invite you to take a deep breath. And there's all sorts of free resources on my website, unlocklimitlessyou.com/resources. You can use the limiting belief lie detector. You can use the joy regenerator where you're learning healthy coping mechanisms instead of overworking, instead of drinking, instead of gambling, instead of, you know, Maybe your vice is something you think's healthy, like running all day long, like Forrest Gump, right? There's a lot of things that people do to distract themselves because they don't want to feel what they're feeling. But Chris, do you know when you, when you're uncomfortable, do you know where you feel it in your body? Do you know, like some people don't know and some people do, and there's no right or wrong, but do you know?
I'd say if it's extreme More in gut slash heart, you know what I mean? Like, yeah.
Yeah. Like maybe even your, um, that in between your gut and your heart is your solar plexus and that's the host of your identity or your ego. So that makes perfect sense when you feel threatened. So what is happening is a side effect when people, there's so many people probably listening, right? 'Cause I work with a lot of entrepreneurs and I actually work with a lot of real estate investors that talk about having anxiety. Hmm. Anxiety is just fear of the feelings that your body is producing. And you think something's wrong because you're feeling something uncomfortable, but it's a side effect. So let me take you on a visual tour again. If you were listening, close your eyes and put yourself on like an African safari. Right? Like you guys are sitting in the truck and you're safe and you're looking out over the Sahara and there's all these zebra and they're just grazing, maybe mating. We'll keep it PG-13, but they don't have a care in the world. We can see a lion sneaking in, in the grasses. He's hungry for lunch. The zebra are fine. Until they see him. Then their system kicks in and they run like a bat outta hell, right? Like they're— I have this video from National Geographic. After the lion catches one, the herd stops. Not only do they stop, there's 2 looking at the lion eating the zebra that it just ate from the herd. Because their system, although not as advanced as human beings, knows when to turn off. It turns on appropriately when a lot of energy goes to their legs and they gotta run really fast or bite really hard. They're not gonna bite a lion's head, like, we're getting outta here. And then it turns off. Human beings have similar things, but ours get triggered There's glitches, right? And that's what I help people do. I help them remove the glitches because unlike our phone that we upgrade all the time, nobody's taught us how to upgrade our software, which is more complicated than the phone. And we never upgrade it. So it's still operating as if you're 7 years old. So when you have a perceived threat based upon those 7-year-old thoughts, your fight or flight or freeze, play dead, gets turned on. But Chris, how often in your business do you need to run really fast, fight really hard, or play dead? Does that work for you? Have you ever tried it?
No.
It's not gonna work, but your body is generating what it needs to generate to send energy to your legs or to your heart. And so when you feel that sensation, It's a side effect from your nervous system. We have an autonomic nervous system, and this is your sympathetic that kicks on. And it's saying, run really fast, bite really hard, but that's not going to work and you're not going to do it. And so then you have all these things going on in your body and there's nowhere for that energy to go. And so then you feel a sensation. So it's just a side effect. There's nothing wrong with you. It actually shows that there's something working with your system. The only thing, the opportunity is to upgrade your software so that it doesn't get turned on when it shouldn't and it doesn't stay on for longer than it should. Isn't that fascinating? Did you learn that? I mean, in sex ed, that's all I got for Human Being 101 in high school and it didn't teach me anything like that. Nope. Didn't even teach me about sex.
I have a sneaking suspicion that And that whole process you just described is one of the many things you guys do in your tribe, because you mentioned program, you mentioned tribe. You know, it doesn't matter if you're brand new to real estate or if you've been doing this for several years or a whole bunch of years. I learned the hard way back during the crash that doing creative deals is much better. It's a much better path in real estate in general than, let's call it, the old way— getting paid once, using banks, signing personally. 3 paydays, getting paid 3 times on a deal. It's better 3 ways, not one. Money now, money over time, and money long term. And I don't care if you're in an up, down, sideways market, it doesn't matter. You can and should operate with the utmost confidence. There's literally nothing I love more than helping people create systems and simple systems and processes to become massively successful with our 3 Payday System, and doing so in literally any market, and doing it geographically literally anywhere. So if you've been learning and learning and listening and studying and not taking action, I'm telling you, after going through it myself, it's costing you tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars, by not taking action on the 3 paydays the way you should be getting paid. Many of the people that were brand new, just like you, that joined our community have fast-tracked their startup. Now, I mean, wouldn't that be ideal if you said, okay, should I go fast or slow? Should I take action now or later? It's costing you too much money to wait. Each one of you are at a point in your life, I'm sure, where you want things to be easier. You want things to be better for you and your family. You probably realize that you not only want more, but you deserve more in this life. So, to be able to give your family everything they want, build a legacy for you personally too, and to have time freedom to start enjoying life, frankly, whatever else you're seeking. And for some of you, now's the time, for example, to just focus on security. Maybe it's building a big solid bank account for retirement. We take these things super, super seriously, and it's my life's biggest reward to help you achieve them. I want to give you a free discovery session with our team. It's free. It's 15 or 20 minutes. You have zero to lose and everything to gain. And to understand how you might fit into the 3 Payday System that we've done now in over 80 markets as of this filming, go to smartrealestatecoachpodcast.com. smartrealestatecoachpodcast.com/discovery for a free call with our team. smartrealestatecoachpodcast.com/discovery. Because it's not whether or not you can do it or whether or not you fit. You can do it. It's whether or not you'll take action and do what it takes. And we can guide you through that process. smartrealestatecoachpodcast.com/discovery. We'll see you soon. Can you kind of dive into that a little bit? Because I'm thinking I already said it. For our community, I can't wait to do more with you, but I know if they're driving to listen, they're going, okay, like, but so what could I do maybe perhaps in your community, in your tribe? Can you talk about that a little bit and how you help peeps?
Sure, sure. So I try and meet everybody where they're at. If people have the time and the money to invest, what I would suggest, and really I always tell people like, You are your greatest asset. It's not your CRM. It's not your marketing director. It's not even your salespeople. You are your greatest asset. And so whether you come work with me at Limitless U or wherever you go, please, please, please invest in understanding you. Not the you, you think you should be, right? Not the mask you're supposed to wear. Who the heck are you? And what makes you tick? When do you feel safe? When do you feel alive? Because that's when you're going to be most successful. So what I do with people is I have what's called my Limitless Life Program. That's my flagship program where I combine one-on-one coaching and hypnotherapy and memory consolidation, right, with what I call my tribe. So we have weekly masterminds where this isn't a Yvonne show, this is learning. Showing up, what's going on in your life. This isn't like you, you know, you read— how many books have you read? And you read the books and you're like, yeah, I'm going to do that. Or you go to Tony Robbins and you're like, yeah, I'm jazzed up. And then it lasts a week or two.
Right.
That's not what this is about. This is about, as you know, surrounding yourself with the type of people and the type of journey that you want to be on so that you continue with the momentum. And so every week we are learning more about Human Being 101, 201, 301, 401, and not in general. Like what I've just explained to you, I have people bring situations and so that they get an experience, not just knowledge. Because knowledge— so at Limitless U, I think of it like an infinity loop. If you meet with me, you'll see it. This is a new way of being. There's 3 things that we do, whether we're doing it in one-on-one programs or in group programs. I have both. You can go check it all out at unlocklimitlessu.com. You can book a free call with me. There's a link there to do that. But what it's all predicated on are 3 simple things on an infinity loop, because this is living, this is growing again and again and again, right? Rehearsal. Chris, if you went to the gym once and you lifted weights once, what's going to happen?
Nada.
Nada. Okay. So you went—
Well, you might be sore, but you're not going to accomplish anything.
Yeah. Well, let's say you went for 6 months. And then you stopped, then what would happen?
Well, whatever results you picked, I mean, created will then digress.
Yeah. Yeah. So this is what I teach people. And then the mastermind, it's super, super affordable for the group thing, just for you to keep going so that you never digress. You keep flexing, you keep practicing. And I wanna teach you how to do it on your own. I don't have a great business model. Maybe somebody can help me with that. I want it, my job I say is to make it so you don't need me anymore. My job is to make it so that your mind, write this down if you're listening, your mind only will entertain things that are one, good to have done, two, possible to do. What does that mean? Well, have you ever done something and then you're like, oh shit, I wish I wouldn't have done that.
Mm-hmm.
So I want you to think of it as if you've already done it and then possible to do. How much suffering do we cause ourselves, like we said before, in the past or in the future, or trying to make somebody else do something and we can't control them anyway? That's my job. And so that's what I teach you how to do, whether you're doing the one-on-one or the group. And so you have to realize, step number 1, like, I don't have any books here. You can read a book and realize with your conscious mind. And this isn't, you can Google this. You don't even have to believe me. By the time you're seven to ten years old, right? A grand majority of what you're going to say, do, think—everything—is already established on automatic pilot. And by the time you're thirty-five, get this: ninety-five percent of what you say, do, and think is autopilot. So when you're reading all the books and you're talking all the talk and you're doing all the things and you're talking to your talk therapist and you're going to whatever coaching and la la la, and they're not working with your subconscious mind, they're only working with five. 5% of your brainpower. 5%. So if you want to stop a pattern or let go of a fear and you put yourself at a boardroom and there's 20 people on the board and only one person is in your corner and the others are like, no, don't change. Who's going to win?
Hmm.
Right? So we have to realize what's going on, not just with your conscious, but with your subconscious. And you can go back to my story at the beginning. That's what's happened to me. I didn't realize that I had been running on this automatic program, living my life based upon somebody else's fears, even though well-intended. Realize with your conscious and your subconscious. And by the way, your subconscious lives in your body and your vagus nerve, and we'll get into all of that too someday. The second is to recode. So if you were to mow over weeds, let's call the weeds your limiting beliefs or the untruths you've been living by. The fear, the judgment, the self-pity, the doubt. If you were to mow over those with a mower, what happens in the spring 2 days later?
Grow back.
They grow back. What happens even if you dig 'em out, but then you leave the soil open and barren?
New ones.
New ones from the neighbors. From all the people that are around you. So the recode is choosing not leaving it barren. We're ripping out the weeds at the root, not leaving it barren, and sure as heck not replacing it with somebody else's seeds that says, oh, I should make $5 million and then I'll be happier. I should have a yacht and then I'll be happier. Those are somebody else's beliefs. So we need to recode with what's unique to you. So it's not what I think's good for you. It's not what Chris thinks is good for you. It's what the true you thinks is good for you. And guess what? Most people don't know to start. I give 'em a magic wish. I say, what is it that you want? They tell me what they don't want. I don't wanna worry anymore. I don't wanna have financial problems anymore. I don't wanna have anxiety anymore. Fine. But then you're gonna leave it barren. What do you want? And they're like, huh, I haven't thought about that. Because we spend so much time in survival mode and don't even think that thriving and doing what we want and our desires being true are possible. So I hold space for that and I help you with that. So we realize, well, Lies you've been limiting yourself with. We figure out what are your truest authentic desires. And then the third step is rewrite. It's not enough to read a book and to talk the talk. You need to take small and large action. And so I don't leave people alone to figure out how to do that on their own. We do that together, one-on-one and in the tribe and in your life, right? And sometimes you need to come back and say, I tried this, it didn't feel, what do I do?
Yeah.
That's where the subconscious performance coaching comes in. That's what I do, right? I didn't start out knowing this when I was born. Unfortunately, it took me 25 years working, right? So then that's how I attained to that. I don't want you to wait any longer, so I'm here to help you and then make it so you don't need me anymore. So we realize what's going on, we recode and we rewrite. And I do that through one-on-one programs and through group coaching, depending upon what is most valuable to the individual and what they feel most comfortable with. Does that answer the question?
Oh, it's awesome. Yeah. Awesome. And you saw me taking notes. Uh, so for the person listening, I'm assuming, but I don't want to do that, that a lot of this is Zoom in your sessions, not right? Or is it a lot of it in person? Talk about that a little bit just so they can visualize. Because I think every, the entire audience, right, is, and maybe you'll tell me if there's someone that doesn't fit, but the entire audience should be like, yeah, I want, I want more of that at some level, right?
I, yes, if not with me, with somebody, please, but don't just go to any somebody that, um, maybe they've gotten their hypnotherapy certification. Not all hypnotherapy is created equal. I'm not going to make you quack like a duck and bark like a dog. I'm also not going, think of it as a deep guided meditation, but there's a lot of people out there that have like, oh, I'll sell you a package and then you're kind of off on your own and there's There's no community, there's no tribe. Don't do that. Also, don't do something with somebody that isn't living, right? So I say I sip my own champagne or I walk my talk, right? Work with somebody that you see doing what you want or they've done what they say that they can help you do.
Hmm.
This isn't something that you go, right? Like, I don't want you to go to a doctor that's like 50 pounds overweight and smokes. I mean, how many of those have you seen, right? Like you go to these—
more. Yeah. You go to these—
I go to the gym and there's these trainers and they're out of shape and I'm not judging them, but I'm like, I want somebody who's where I am going that doesn't just read a book and talk a talk, but they are living it. So yes, if you're listening, do it. It is all on Zoom unless you choose the DC experience. So if people want to come and do the Limitless UDC experience based upon their interests. Like I had somebody come, it was super fun. We did yoga in front of the Washington Monument. We did our sessions in the botanical gardens, you know, like, so, so for some people they're like, I really need to get out of my environment and I want to be there with you. I tailor that. I'm, like I said, I'm a recovering consultant, so I can tailor anything to people's needs. Most of my clients are over Zoom. Right? So people are like, does that work? I'm like, yeah, go check out our reviews. Don't take my word for it. Again, don't believe me. unlocklimitlessyou.com/reviews, right? You'll see people out there saying like, I'd pay $100,000. It's not $100,000, by the way. But she's like, I'm not going back. All over Zoom, people saying, I spent so much time in coaching programs and marriage counseling and even had, um, If you guys are in this space, I love his— it's Chris Miles. He has this podcast called Money Ripples. He's one of my clients. And she's like, that was the best investment I made last year. And he'd done multiple hypnotherapy and he's been in this space for a really long time. Find somebody whose energy you connect with and who cares more about you, right? Make sure they care about you, not what they look like, not what they You know, sound like, like somebody that's done the work, whose energy and love for you is pure. That's where you're going to get the most profound experience.
I love it. And you wouldn't know this because you and I met today for the first time, but this is, I scream about this all the time because it's rampant in the real estate space too. It's no different, right? You got somebody that has a huge following and all of a sudden they're a coach and they never did a deal. You know, it's just, it's craziness. So along the same lines.
Or their ethics are bad and they, they're really great. And then all of a sudden they're in court or jail and you're like, what?
Yeah. Yep. That's it.
Don't just blindly follow anyone. Like, don't do it. Vet them. Feel them. Like, what is their energy like? What's going on with them? Ask them whatever you want. If they have anything to hide and you sense they're hiding something, go somewhere else.
Yeah. Good stuff, Yvonne. Super cool stuff. unlocklimitlessu.com, guys. Um, I'm literally going to make sure that we talk and the community has access to, uh, All of your stuff. We'll have a nice chat. But super, super cool. Is there anything that we didn't touch, Yvonne, that you'd like to, a nugget or two, or more ways to reach you? Anything at all you want to share that I didn't ask?
Sure. Let me just do a couple more things. Whether you work with me or not, please go check out the free resources. There's one thing that's super cool. It's our quiz, unlocklimitlessyou.com/quiz. It's 12 questions. It'll take you less than 15 minutes. Make sure that we don't go to your junk mail because what happens is in those 12 questions you'll learn, and I want you to answer honestly, right? Why not? It talks to you about your way of being with yourself and your way of being with others. And oh, by the way, your way of being of yourself impacts your way of being with others and your business and your family and your friends and everything else. Get to know your way of being with yourself. How do you treat yourself? It's 12 questions, takes less than 5 minutes. And then we'll send you a series of emails about each question and how you answered that gives you something else to consider that might open up your world and your business to be like, oh my gosh. Because this is what I haven't said yet and I want you to hear. Self-health is not selfish. I thought it was for so many years. I worked 60 to 80-hour weeks. I took care of the kids. I took care of the finances. I took care of everything because I thought I had to take care of everybody else. But I'll leave you with this visual. Like, if this is my cup and I empty it out in everybody else, and all that's left at the end is a backwash, and then guess what? Chris needs me. And I'm like, here you go, 'cause I give everything away. He's gonna be like, uh, no thank you. And if you're surviving on your own residual, it's not enough to be your best self. So I want you to hear this. It is selfish to not put yourself first. I never, I thought it was narcissistic. I thought I was egotistical. It is selfish because your best self is when you're healthy, is when you're living your purpose, is when you're rested. Don't grind and grit till the knuckles turn red or whatever. Be healthy, slow down, meditate, walk, do whatever it is so that you can do what you desire. And don't wait. Don't wait till the next business milestone. Don't wait till the next quarter. Don't wait till the next house. Don't wait till the next kid graduates. Start now. Please start now. So go take the quiz. If you want more and you're like, I'm not ready to start the tribe or whatever, but you wanna like surround yourself in this information, We have a podcast called How to Be Happier for Entrepreneurs. So either it'll be me sharing things just like I share with the tribe. I just can't talk to you live. So please join our tribe. It's super, super affordable. unlocklimitlessyou.com/connections. But if not, listen to the podcast. I bring healers or people that have gone through it that can share their experience so that you change from inspiration, not desperation.
