In this short, the speaker explains the origin and evolution of the "Circle of Trust," a mastermind program now consisting of three groups drawn from different regions of the country. The organizer deliberately prevents members from the same area from being placed together, believing that geographic diversity forces participants to be more vulnerable. Each group meets in a house for an immersive 4‑5‑day retreat where members have their own bedrooms but share all common spaces, creating a sense of “no escape." During the formal mastermind session each participant gets about 90 minutes to discuss personal and business challenges. The real depth of connection, however, emerges from the informal side conversations that happen on the beach, by the pool, over meals, or during evening games, which help participants feel safe enough to discuss anything.
