Interesting enough, though, to the, the buyer on this deal. I don't know why he would do this. I think it was a little bit more risky, but that was up to him. The buyer on this deal, he wanted to close with the seller on a lease purchase because he didn't want the taxes to increase, but he put down $25,000. So I'm like, do whatever you want. But that wouldn't have been the way I would have went about it because he's more concerned about cash flow than he was about anything else.
