Prefontaine explains that this very problem is why a specific niche within the real‑estate community was created—to help people avoid turning wholesaling into an additional burdensome job.

They'll set up a biz and they'll either not really get off the ground or they'll experience what you said. They'll have a W-2. Most do coming in our community. As you know, they're not like— everybody's not like free. Yeah, I got this full-time availability now. They're not. So they get into flipping or wholesaling. They realize this is another job and I don't have time for another job. And then it just causes heartache. If that's you out there listening, please understand this is why this niche was created.
