So rent houses and multifamily became known as alts, alternative investments to traditional stocks and bonds. So when the market— the math doesn't work for those markets, market timing or, you know, prevailing rates and all of those things, then we are an alternative to the traditional alt, which was those things. And right now, the people that we serve the best are people that have that problem. Right now, at the moment, you're not likely to convince somebody to bail out of the stock market and jump into other alternatives.
