I think it's something Kelly said about stop saying, why isn't this working? And what I was talking about is trying to sell these properties that I have. I've just been having so much difficulty. And I say, why aren't they— why don't they have down payment? Why aren't these selling? And so when she said, start asking yourself, well, how or what can I do differently? And that's when I reached out to Nick. That was very helpful.
