We buy on online auctions and that would be on Hubzu or auction.com or Xome or Hudson and Marshall, RealtyBid.com, AuctionNetwork.com, and HUDHomeStore.gov. We also include that as well. So we buy all over the country. We've bought in 44 out of 50 states. Now, obviously, the way things shifted and everything since post-COVID, there has been a lot of migration, right? A lot of people moved from the Northeast down to the, to the, to the South when they can with their jobs. So we've migrated more where we're buying to the Sunbelt and also certain other markets that have just been hot where there's just a lot of inventory for us to buy.
