In this informal coaching session, Christian Mickelsen guides client Olga through a technique he calls the "brain scramble," an energetic and psychological intervention designed to disrupt and dissolve entrenched limiting beliefs. Olga reveals a deep‑seated belief that her parents would die if she became successful or made a lot of money, a belief that feels both irrational and emotionally powerful. Christian explains that while simple beliefs can be questioned directly, complex, contradictory belief patterns require a more kinetic approach. He describes the brain scramble as an imagined cranking motion—alternating directions—to "scramble the eggs" of the client’s mental energy pattern. He also mentions combining this with an "energy pulling" element. Throughout the session, Olga reports feeling as if something was pulled out of her mind, and observers note visual cues like her eyes moving erratically, suggesting a perceptible shift in her internal state. Christian reflects on the method’s effectiveness for clients with tangled belief systems, citing prior use with other clients (e.g., Adele Limitless) and noting that others can sense the energetic changes during the process.

Yesterday we did the brain scramble. I did it to Olga. So basically, you just sort of take a imaginary crank and you crank it around one way and you crank it around the other way. As, you know, just intuitively, however many ways one way and however many ways the other way, and the best time to use the brain scrambler. What do we use it for? For you. You were being crazy. You were being crazy. You had something tied in about money. Do you remember what it was?
Is this on? Yeah. Yeah. I thought that my parents would die if I was successful.
Yeah.
Like, legitimately, genuinely. I knew. And I knew it was crazy, but, like, really believed it. I don't know. I don't know. I. Well. Oh, it was also that, like, we had gone through and looked at, like, what would you have to lose if you got what you wanted and what would you have to gain? And everything that was, like, supposed to be a positive was a negative. And everything that was supposed to be a negative was like. So it was like everything was switched and backwards and insane. And Christian was like, come here. Let me just, like, pull that crazy brain out of you.
Yeah, we need to. We need to scramble those eggs a little bit. Um, and. Yeah, so any. So, you know, normally this is when I. So I. I used it with Adele Limitless. I used it with Olga here. Whenever the beliefs. Sometimes it's really easy to, like, identify here's one belief, and then you can very easily question it and collapse it, you know, because it's clear, one clear, simple thing. But when the pattern is complex and, you know, just bizarre or weird or whatever, like the idea that you're gonna. Your parents are gonna die if you're. If you make. Make lots of money, you could. Peace process. The feeling of the. There's a lot you can do. There's lots of different ways to do it, but I just intuitively felt like, okay, I'm just gonna scramble it up, that energy pattern in her brain. And I did it. And. And I couldn't see because I was over on the side of her. But people said her eyes started, like, you know, doing all kinds of crazy things as I was doing it. Uh, when I did it yesterday to Olga, Michelle, you said that you could feel the energy of it while I was doing it with Olga. So it's. It's good when. When people's minds just have really mixed up ways of thinking about things to just scramble it up and seems to work.
So to me, it felt like you pulled something out because I couldn't see what you were doing. It actually felt like you pulled something out.
I might have pulled stuff out, too. Yeah, I might have. Maybe did a little combination of energy pulling and brain scramble. Yeah.
