In this motivational monologue, Speaker A emphasizes that coaching is the most powerful force for change and that success follows when you do the work on yourself and in the world. He stresses the necessity of surrounding yourself with a supportive tribe—a community that cheers you on, challenges you, and helps you heal—while staying away from chronic naysayers. Drawing from personal experience, he recounts quitting his job, going without health insurance for several years, and moving from Chicago to San Diego despite friends' worries, illustrating the fear and skepticism that often accompany bold decisions. He then outlines three mindset approaches for overcoming obstacles: the "instant miracle" technique, combining it with a "peace process," and finally, feeling the fear and acting anyway. He frames fear as a feeling rather than a concrete threat, encouraging listeners to face emotions with courage, recover from setbacks, and recognize their infinite potential, especially with modern tools. The talk concludes with gratitude for the audience’s role in creating a shared sense of home.

We want to. You gotta get. You gotta be somewhere where you feel like you're at home. I believe that coaching is the most powerful force for change on earth. I believe that success is inevitable if you're willing to do the work in the world and do the work on yourself. And you definitely find somebody that you love to have a relationship with and that whenever you're together, your home and create a family, that when you're. It doesn't matter if you're at your house, wherever you are, when you're together, you're home and you want to have friends, that when you're with your friends, you feel like you're at home and you want to have friends who. And you want to have a tribe and you want to have a community of people who support the hell out of you, who challenge you, who push you, who help you heal. You want to be around people who help you grow, which. That's what that challenging part's about. Where you learn and where you heal. Put yourself in a place where you grow, learn, heal, where you're uplifted, where people support. Support you, where people cheer for you and people don't tear you down. You want to stay away from the naysayers. Nothing wrong with the skeptic, but somebody who's just flat out negative and people who worry for you so much. I mean, I remember when I was going to first quit my first job to start my own business. Everybody was so worried about health insurance. What are you going to do for health insurance? Anybody ever heard that one? Yeah, if you've quit your job, I guarantee somebody said, well, what are you going to do for insurance? Well, I guess I'll buy my own, you know, or I'll go without. Which I did. I went without health insurance for probably at least five, six, seven years. Yeah, you can survive without health insurance. Yeah. So, you know, so people were so afraid, like, oh, you're gonna quit. Oh, my God, people are so worried for me. And when I first. When I was gonna move to San Diego and I started telling my friends and people around me that I was gonna move to San Diego, people were so worried, oh, my God, your business is here, you know, in Chicago. And, you know, you're so networked out here. And it was so true. I was barely, just barely getting an email list started and barely getting on the Internet. And most of my coaching business, all my clients came from networking and public speaking and like, oh, you know, and it's okay. And I appreciate the heart part of that, where they care about Us, but we need to be for people who are like, yeah, go for it. And then when you say, oh, but what about my health insurance? They say, get your own goddamn health insurance. You can pay for that with all the money you're gonna make. That's what you need to be around. You need to be in a community like that. And not to say that anybody who cares and is worried that that's bad, but that's okay. But the more you can put yourself in a place where people are cheering for you, supporting you, see a bigger vision for you than you see for yourself. Even that see you as bigger than you see yourself. You are infinitely powerful. Infinitely powerful. You can have anything you want, be anything you want, do anything you want, and nothing can stand in your way. Especially now, especially with these tools. The best is if you can just instant miracle it. Like, was it Dwayne? Who was it? Glenn. Glenn. Like Glenn. Instant miracle. Poof, it's gone. That's the best. Second best is you instant miracle it and you peace process it. Like Emily. And that can go pretty quick or it could take a little bit longer. And however long it takes. Great. The third best option, you instant miracle at peace process it. The third best option is what? Feel the fear and do it anyway. Don't let anything stop you. The worst thing that could ever happen is that you're going to feel things. You lose all your money. Oh, no. If I lost all my money, I'd feel like this. Yeah. And guess what? You can make money back. You can lose your health. Maybe you can get your health back. But really, most all of what we're afraid of, all of our fears, are fears of feelings. And if you can face your feelings, it takes courage to peace process, and it takes courage to feel your fears and do it anyway. Thanks for being an integral part of this home. And I'll be here waiting for you when you come back home together.
