241 Minutes of No BS Sales Call Breakdowns by a $60k/m Closer

YouTube video ("241 Minutes of No BS Sales Call Breakdowns by a $60k/m Closer") featuring Christian Polk leading live breakdowns of student sales calls from his mastermind. The session demonstrates playbacks of real calls, pinpoints discovery and objection-handling weaknesses, and provides concrete coaching on asking better questions, creating urgency, and overcoming objections to close deals. The clip includes student-submitted call audio, live timestamps, and interactive Q&A.
This is 241 minutes of no BS live sales call breakdowns after training over hundreds of sales reps to hit their first 20, 30 and $40,000 per month in commission. Plus like James here who hit over $40,000 per month in commissions and Peter here who hit over $47,000 per month. So what I found to be the best and quickest way to improve your skill set in sales is listening to real life sales situations where where you go over the finer points on how to ask better questions to create more urgency in your sales process. How to pre handle objections before they even come up in the first place. And if you do get objections, how do you actually overcome those objections to get the deal closed? So in today's video what I'll be doing is I'll be sharing a call from my mastermind where I break down my student sales calls and go over the finer points on how to get better at sales and close more deals. So if you don't know who I am, my name is Christian Polk. I've closed over $8 million in sales myself and work with some of the biggest names in the industry like Jeremy Miner and Ravi with Scal with Systems. And my main focus is to take good sales reps and give them the information that they need to be elite sales reps. And if you want more hands on help like you're going to see in this video, check out the first link in the description. But if not get out a pen and paper, take notes because these students paid thousands of dollars to get this high level feedback. And let's dive into the call.
All right, we can dive into it.
So if you have a call, just go ahead, raise your hand and then.
We can just dive on into it. Are you sure?
Looks like your hands up first. You got a call.
Yep, yep, yep.
I have sent you on slack as well. Would you want me to share the same one or a different one?
It's going to be up to you which one would be better.
Okay, I'll just send you the same one.
Okay, cool.
So what part of the call do you want to take a look at?
So discovery part specifically on the. What prevented you in the past on investing in something like that. So up until that point I've just sent you on chat.
Okay, perfect. Let's go ahead, let's take a listen to this.
Do you know what the timestamp is on it?
Actually no.
So okay, let's take a look.
Let me go, let's pull this up and then let's take A look.
Okay. Sound. Okay.
Okay, so let's take a look. Yeah, somewhere maybe around here. Is there any particular reason why you guys have your cameras off?
Yeah, at that time my wi fi wasn't working as well, so it was lagging a lot. So I just.
Okay, now it should look where you.
Have been trying to apply to jobs on a day to day basis expecting that some calls will come. But even after applying for Hunters, there are no calls. So I can't, I can't imagine being in your shoes at this point. So what's the worst part about all of this? Actually?
Yeah, the worst part is like not even getting a call. Even if, if some of the companies are setting up an interview call, then I'm pretty sure I can crack it. Right. But I'm not even getting an interview call or they are not scheduling because I'm just getting.
Let's say we give you those interview calls. Like do you have a process in place to kind of negotiate the salary part? Because there will be a lot of people.
Is this still like more in problems?
This is in I think solution.
Okay, so it's like this is a part that you want to take a look at.
Let me see. So.
So what, what actually was happening as well that I was kind of repeating myself a lot and repeating the same thing. So like how to maybe make that thing narrow was also one question.
Yeah. So when do you know like you ask him about like what he's been doing before?
Yeah, after that? Somewhere around like 14 minutes. Somewhere on that point, I guess 14, 15 minutes.
Okay, let's.
But I'm curious to know here Karthik, that you've been in this situation for the past let's say two couple of months, but you haven't seeked out to any professional help or have you professional incense? Incense like talking to consultants or connecting?
No, no.
Oh, so what kind of prevented you in the past?
No, because I thought I can make it by my own because you know, in previously like past eight years successful in getting a job, even multiple offers and like having like three or four offers at a time. So choosing between the companies or salary negotiation, I was pretty successful with that. So I thought even now I can do that, I can secure a job, that level of confidence. So I thought I can try it out for couple of times because I know I have a pretty decent salary compared to marketing standards. So I thought okay, it will take some time to reach that level of salary. But still after three months also like if it is like April 10, it's going to be exactly three months. So even now, I'm not getting any entry. Call scheduling.
Help me understand the situation.
So he's been out there looking for.
A job for three months, right?
Yep.
Okay, so part of the issue is if we don't create enough doubt or we don't build a big enough gap. In this part right here, when we.
Do ask them, we want to ask.
A little bit more of a specific question rather than like, hey, have you been looking for help? Just like, in general, have you, like.
