YouTube monologue by Christian Polk reflecting on coping with very bad days in sales ("bottom 10% days"). The speaker explains that occasional low days are statistically inevitable, recommends checking basic health behaviors (sleep, eating, exercise, sun exposure), and suggests practical mitigations such as UV lamps and red-light therapy to offset seasonal or location-related energy drops (examples: Kansas, Colombia, London).

Let's just say you feel the best versus everyone else in the world. Nicholas has the best overall emotions. You're still going to have a bottom 10% of days. And the thing about humans is we really only understand things by contrast. If your hands are like, is just sitting in hot water and then it touches a room temperature thing like it's cold as fuck. Oftentimes you're going to feel the contrast. Is it something to where like, hey, you might just have hit like some of your bottom 10% days, which is just going to happen. It's just math. Like you're going to have bottom 10% days. We can just know this and then we can also take a look at. Okay, so we're sleeping, we're eating fine. Okay. How's your exercise? Are you actually getting out in the sun? When you talk about contrast, that kind of resonates because I've come back to Columbia, from Colombia to London. It does make a difference. Things we can do to offset it. If you would like like a UV lamp, right? They're pretty cheap, so you get like UV radiation like that. You'd get from the sun to kind of make up for it or like red light. So these are some different things. Like I noticed, for example, I'm originally from Kansas and it does. It gets dark, it gets cold and my energy naturally would drop, so I just supplement with red light and shit like that.
