In this monologue, the speaker argues that when someone claims they were unaware of a problem or solution, that ignorance is itself a red flag indicating a lack of personal responsibility. The speaker stresses that in today’s world everyone has instant access to information via Google, ChatGPT, and other digital tools, so there is no legitimate excuse for not knowing about an issue. The speaker uses examples from health sales reps who claim they didn’t know about holistic medicine, and counters that they should have proactively researched. The core message is that individuals must own up to their ignorance, actively seek knowledge, and take responsibility for solving problems rather than blaming lack of awareness.

So what's prevented you? Man, I just never really thought about it. Well, I mean, if we've had this problem for the past few months, not having a stable income, whose responsibility is to go out and actually get the skills to make sure we can get that income. So he's saying, I haven't thought about this problem or I didn't know it was a thing. Well, whose responsibility is it to actually solve this problem? So him not even thinking about it is a big red flag. So I need to get him to own up the fact that him not even thinking about it is the problem. If you're talking to somebody and they say, well, I didn't even know this was a thing, that is a problem. For example, I know a big, like, health offer that I help a lot of their reps on. And that's one of the biggest things they say. They say, well, I didn't know that this holistic medicine was even a thing. They have access to Google, right? It's not that they're in an Amish town and they just have no access to knowledge. Everyone has a supercomputer in their hand. If you just go into ChatGPT and you just list out all your problems and just say, like, hey, what's a list of all the solutions possible to these problems? It will pop up. There is no, absolutely nothing, no excuse for not knowing something is a thing. Knowledge is all around you. We don't live in the fucking dark ages. You have access to Google, so you need to get them to take responsibility of the fact that they didn't know about it or if they didn't think about it, given the fact that they have all the knowledge in their hands, they're on a computer, they're on their phone. If all the knowledge at their fingertips, that is their fault and they need to take responsibilities for it.
