In this YouTube segment Christian Polk role‑plays a sales call with a prospect (Speaker B) who raises the common objection, “Why should I go with this program versus the others I’ve looked at?” Christian first asks the prospect what they have already tried, then uses a vivid Michael Jordan analogy to illustrate that while many programs may appear similar, the skill level and execution differentiate outcomes. He repeatedly probes the prospect about prior calls, the number of alternatives they’ve spoken with, and the real reasons holding them back from investing in themselves. Throughout, Christian demonstrates a structured objection‑handling framework: (1) surface the prospect’s current actions, (2) contrast superficial similarity with deep skill‑set differences, (3) ask targeted questions to surface hidden barriers, and (4) position his program as the path to elite performance. The dialogue showcases practical sales coaching tactics for reframing objections, uncovering underlying motivations, and guiding the prospect toward a decision.

So before, like, we started talking, man, like, what have you actually done about getting more?
Let me ask you this. Why should I go with this program versus all the other ones I've looked at before?
I don't know what you've looked at. So that's why I was asking, man. Like, before, like, we started chatting, like, what have you actually looked at? Like, what have you actually done?
I've done a few calls. I mean, it's basically the same thing. Let's be real, man.
Can I share something with you, man? Like, how we should look at this? Okay. Yeah, it might basically be the same thing, but just because it's the same thing doesn't mean we'll get the same outcome. For example, if somebody is playing basketball in their front yard and Michael Jordan, he's also playing basketball, like, Yeah, they're playing the same game, but one's a billionaire, another one's just playing in his front yard. So it's not that, hey, we need something like completely different. It's how do we actually get the skill set at the very highest level to get the returns? Because that's what separates Michael Jordan from the guy in front of his street. It's a skill set. Like, would you agree with that? Yeah. What have we done about getting the actual skill set though?
Like I said, I've done a few calls, watched a few of your YouTube videos, and it's, it's helpful.
We've done some basic stuff, but what's prevented you from like going with any of those people you're on the call with? I just don't know what I don't know. I got to Do you get those type of objections like on your sales calls? Like, hey, I just want to compare and contrast. Like, I just want to look around. Do you get those objections? Yes. And how many calls did you have before you hopped on with me? 3. Okay, so you had 3 calls of 3 people that told you that they can get you better at handling sales objections. And I assume they told you that they'll teach you how to overcome that. I'm looking around objection, right? Yes. So why are you talking to me if they're so good at their job? I'm not going to let you off the call because we're actually going to handle that objection. I'll show you how it's done. But it comes down to like, for you, man, ultimately, be real with me. Like, what's prevented us from actually investing in ourselves? Because if we've been looking around doing the basic stuff for the past year, ultimately that's a year of time that we could have had back with better skill set, making more money. So what's really held us back this past year?
I guess I've always had the mentality where I had to
