In this candid coaching clip, Christian Polk engages Speaker A, who initially dismisses the discussion as "stupid questions" about making more money. Christian probes deeper, challenging the assumption that higher income simply requires more skills. He distinguishes between the paths to $15K per month versus $50K per month, suggesting that each target demands different skill depth, effort, and lifestyle choices. Christian emphasizes the need for a customized game plan based on the clientβs personal situation, goals, and willingness to work, and he asks clarifying questions to understand Speaker Aβs current status. The exchange ends with Speaker A agreeing to let Christian map out a tailored plan.

You're asking very stupid questions. Like, obviously I want to make more money. Would you skip this?
Oh, hey, man, it's not so obvious because we have to have the chat, right? So what's coming up for you that makes you feel like it's obvious? Because everyone's a bit different.
I mean, it doesn't really matter if I want to make $15K, if I want to make $20K, I just need more skills.
So, well, yeah, it comes down to like you're going to need more skills depending on where you're wanting to go. Regardless, you're going to need to get better. But do you feel like the path to hit $15K per month is going to be a little bit different than the path to hit $50,000 per month?
I mean, to an extent, maybe.
Yeah. Why would you say to an extent though?
I mean, I'm not at $50K a month, so maybe I don't know something. I just don't know something I don't know, butβ
Yeah, but like we're not at $15K per month either. But why do you feel like the path to get to $15K and $50K, they're going to beβ it's going to take you different. Like it's going to require different things.
Uh, like it's a 1% skill set versus maybe like a 10% skill set. It's, there's levels maybe like, yeah.
And there's always going to be levels to it, man. And it really, it comes down to ultimately like, like what you want your life to look like, because if you're going to be totally happy and you don't want to put in the work and you want to stop at $15K per month, like we're going to have a different game plan versus if you want to become the 0.001%, become $50K per month. I've had students that do both. So, and it's going to be customized based off of what they actually want. So for me to help you, I need to know your situation. I need to know what's going on. Because if I don't know your situation, how can I actually help you to level, which I could.
You. Okay. I, I see your point.
Um, well, how could I help you if I don't know what's going on, bro?
You, you can't really, it's, it's different.
Do you want me to be bad at my job?
No, no, you're right.
I like to be good at my job, right? So if it helps, man, I just need to understand like what's going on, and then we can map out a game plan. All right, would that work?
