Let's go. Welcome back to five Minutes of Momentum. Today I want to talk to you about the seven minute ritual, the six sales ritual that I do every day in order to stay in my power. Firstly, what I want to say is when we make it about the money or about the sale, we're focused on the wrong thing. So this ritual is really about me staying in my worth rather than it be specific to sales. Right? Because I think sometimes we can get so caught up on sometimes we've do too much money mindset work. We're like, it's all about the money. It's actually not about the money. Money is a byproduct of the work that you're doing in the world. And we want to make sure that we're really aligning with the energy that really works well for us. So sometimes if you've gotten, if you've gotten a bit of friction or resistance towards sales or money, we need to work on that first. So sales is just a vehicle in order for you to receive money, and money is just a byproduct of the service offering that you're, that you're delivering to the world, right? So this short little ritual that I do every single day helps me stay in my power and helps me stay focused for my business growth, right? So first things first, before I even do this ritual, I'm meditating. I'm getting into a good headspace for the day. So I'll usually do a form of different meditation depending on what I feel like for the morning. Sometimes I'll do breath work, sometimes I'll do a complete guided meditation that's really about stepping into my power or being connected to the universe. Or I'll do something that actually has no guided meditation to it at all and it's actually binaural beats and it helps me just get into a really high vibration, which is awesome. So I usually meditate first thing. Now that's longer than seven minutes is usually sometimes 15 to 20 minutes. Okay. But the thing that I do, my sales ritual that I do when I step into my office is one thing I want to share with you. One is I set an intention for my day. How Do I want to feel today and who am I going to be today? This choice is because our energy in our state is a choice, right? We get to choose how we want to step in and own our energy for the day. Now, if I am coming from a place of like, oh, I'm tired, and I'm like, walking into my office, like, oh, I can't be bothered today. That's the energy you're bringing into the day. Whereas I'm coming to my desk and I'm sitting down, I'm looking at my calendar. I'm like, what have I got on today? Who am I going to be today? It helps me take more control of the energy of that I'm bringing to my business. Okay. The next step is I look at what my focus is. So I'll have my focus, which is like either a sales focus or a productivity focus. What am I working on today and what am I going to finish? And I think that this is one of the things that I feel really benefits my productivity because I'm not trying to do it all and I'm not trying to smash as much work into my day as possible. Some days I'm super productive, other days I'm not because it might be super, like, really dialed into my coaching sessions and. But really, I'm always doing something. Okay. Because there's always something to work on within the business. So I'll look at my to do list and I will highlight the main thing that I'm going to finish today. And that helps me just really stay on track and it helps me execute effectively. So setting the intention, choosing what I'm going to focus on and what I'm going to finish on for the day. And last one is I check my goals. Where am I at? Where am I at financially in the. In the month? Uh, how many new conversions do I need to bring in and what am I going to do to achieve that? Okay. Because looking at your goals is one thing, but asking yourself, what's the activity? What's the behavior that I'm going to do in order to generate that result? That's the change, right? Because some people go and they get disheartened. They look at their goals and like, oh, I'm so far away from them. Or it feels like, oh, cool, I'm on track. So we kind of like take the foot off the pedal. But really, if you focus on the behavior because you cannot control the outcome as such, okay. So you can look at your goals on the list and be like, yeah, I absolutely want to achieve that. But if I'm not doing anything, how am I going to achieve it? So I asked myself, what's the behavior that I can do today that will get me closer to that outcome? And that, again, helps me stay in my power because I can control my behavior, I can control what I do with my time. And when I'm doing that, I get a great outcome. So it's usually simplified. So I'm like, oh, I can follow up this, this conversation that I had recently, or I can start a new conversation, or I can, um, start promoting my lead magnet, or I could promote a new challenge that I've got coming up. Like, whatever it might be, it keeps me focused on what will actually create the outcome. So if you can adopt this, it'd be so worthwhile. So have a think about it. Set your intention. As soon as you walk into the office, ask yourself what your focus is for that day. What are you going to finish? What are your goals? And what can. What's the behavior or activity you're going to do today in order for you to achieve that outcome? Doing that each morning keeps you so focused, honestly, so focused. So try it out. Let me know how you go.
