CL Palmer argues you should think of yourself as a soul creating, not a machine producing. He says humans have limited energy and should focus on depth and quality instead of chasing endless output. Treat your work as handcrafted, not factory-made.

Chapters

Today's mantra is I am a soul creating, not a machine producing. That means you are a person with a limited supply of energy and you cannot create like a machine creates because our purpose is to create with the quality of the human experience. A machine produces for quantity. So just think about the way that you create because you're not creating anything on a production line. Most of these things are hand crafted. Your ideas are handcrafted. Your solutions are handcrafted. Do not burn yourself out trying to be the machine that does all of the output.
