Avoid The Inertia Trap

Inertia sets in faster than momentum in what arena? Any arena. So things slow down way faster than things speed up. Like if you look at the stock market for instance or the forex market or the crypto market, it doesn't matter if you look at markets, bull markets generally last longer. But like market when the market's going up it goes up longer but it goes up slower. So when things go backwards they go backwards really really fast but when they go forward they go forward really really slow. That's why incredibly important when you gain some success momentum in your life don't take your foot off the accelerator because if you do you're going to go backward way faster than you got to this point and then you're going to have to overcome things you've already overcome just to get back to where you are. You could be someplace totally different a month from now, six months from now, a year from now.
