Getting ready for an appearance here in Singapore for Channel News Asia. And it's an exciting environment.
Lots of cameras, lots of interesting people. And really what I want to talk about today in this very brief vlog is the importance of sharing your message. Regardless of what you do within the organization, regardless of what you do within your community, I think it's really important to find some kind of a cause that you can focus on and find some kind of message that you want to share with people around you. So my message is a very simple one, and it inspires me to be passionate and to really play at my best. And that's to help people in organizations around the world lead without a title. That's the message that really gets me out of bed every morning with fire in my belly and great conviction. And I think we live in an interesting world where we have Twitter, for example, we have MySpace, and we have good old fashioned conversation. And it's never been so easy to build a following around your message. So I simply challenge you. What's your message going to be? What do you want your life to stand for? And when you get up every day, what will you go out into the world and use to express the best within you, so that you ultimately sing the song that's within you, which is really all about realizing your potential as well as elevate the lives all around you?
