Nicole, welcome. Give us the backstory. What was your job search like? How was it going before you joined the program? I was working essentially as a Microsoft partner and we just had thousands of people lose their jobs overnight and I was one of them. So I was never expecting to leave that company. So I did not have any groundwork ready to ever find a job again. So I was just totally starting from scratch. I had just moved to a new city, so I didn't have any network really. So I was just going on the Internet essentially and just trying to figure out what I could do. I was really stuck in, like, not looking good on paper, but being really great in reality. But getting into the room, getting somebody to respond to the resume, that was like practically never. And the times that I did, I went straight to the final round and then never seemed to catch it. Everything you said was just so clear and clean and spot on. The moment I started the course, I was just like, I could have saved myself so much time. Just the lack of extra effort in trying to find the right information, finding a good formula, the strategy. Just speaking of the third round, I can draw directly credit getting that from the interview prep document and the show don't tell strategy. You filtered everything down to just the exact concentrated stuff that's useful. One document. It's beautiful. If I had your email templates, I would have saved people so much time and effort reading all this, like long paragraphs of prose. I might have actually gotten more people to respond to me. So it just made so much sense and it just was such a relief to know, oh, I didn't have to try this hard. And so tell us, what were your results? I had worked for startups for quite a few years and I, I don't think I've had a job that I felt fully stable in. So that was a big goal for me. The job that I have is at a university, so it ticks off all of my boxes for my core values and things like that. But I know that I have job security here and they also invest in my professional development. Know that that was something that I was looking for from the get go. Really also I think helped me focus on, hey, like, I'm not going to look at 100 options. This is exactly what I want.
