Hey, everybody. Welcome back to the inner circle and the weekly video that I send you guys, I am videoing this from Mexico on family vacation and really happy to be here with you guys, but I didn't want to miss a week. So I apologize for this one being a little shorter. But I want to hit on something that we have talked about before, which are the four Cs, which stands for commit, courage, capability, and then confidence. You first have to commit, and most of us invert that and want confidence and capability. But before we decide to commit. And so as a summary of that, there's a couple of points that I want to mention with stories that I've told you before that I just want to make sure to connect some of these things that we have talked about in the past. One quick point that I want to make that I hope all of you understand is that there's a statement that I made that got a ton of attention. And the statement is creating more value in the world leads to more personal freedom. Why is that important? Because it's about other people. It's not about us. Right. It's the other person or the other people, your audience, your clients, your co workers, or the people that report to you. Those are the people that are counting on you. So the more value that you provide them, the more freedom that you're going to get in return. And I've said this before, I'm looking for three areas of freedom. I'm looking for freedom of time, money, and purpose. And I don't know which one of the three are really drivers for you today or if any of them are. I hope at least one of them are. But really, my goal is to have freedoms in all three, and it's going to be a lifetime journey to get there. But I just wanted to make a point with that one statement because it is about other people. So obviously, as we talked about earlier, that inside of the four Cs, most people want to have the capability and the confidence to do something first. But there's a couple points inside of the four Cs that I think are often missed. And that is inside of the part of courage. You're able to get more courage the more often you do that. You know, they say that courage doesn't mean the absence of fear. Not at all. Okay, fear. We wet our pants with fear, right? That's when we wet our pants, when we get scared of something. Courage is doing whatever that thing is that you've committed to with the wet pants. It's overcoming that fear as I've said so many of us want the confidence and the capability first, but in reality it is about overcoming that fear and committing anyways and then finding people inside of that sphere of influence that you have that can help you do those things. As I said, this is going to be a quick, short, weekly hit. I hope that these are bringing value to you, and the more that you commit to doing more, the more that you commit to helping others, the more value you're going to get in return. So, like always, I appreciate you guys being in my inner circle. If you have any comments or questions, please feel free send those back to me. I read all of them and I will try and address that in a timely fashion. Thank you guys for your time. Have a great week. Talk to you soon.
